Evening all
I've been quite good today but I thought I was dreaming when a pizza delivery man just knocked on my door. Turns out he just had the wrong street but the smell coming from the bag made my mouth water... Mmmm, pizza!!
Today's menu:
B: 2 Tesco Wheat Biscuits (HEXB) with HEXA s/s milk and HEXA milk in my coffee; chopped banana on my wheat biscuits
L: Jacket potato, mixed leaves, cherry tomatoes,fat-free vinegarette, tin of baked beans, tsp of Flora light in the spud (2 syns) bowl of strawberries, Muller Greek coconut yoghurt (1/2 a syn) pint of NAS cordial made with mineral water
More cordial and mineral water in my sports bottle while doing my Body Magic walking
T: Tesco light choices Chilli and Rice (8 syns) steamed cauli, sprouts, broccoli and baby new potatoes. Apple, plum, banana, pint of NAS cordial with mineral water.
Supper will be a MugShot and some ham.
Looking forward to tomorrow- I'm making my own dinner so no ready meal so I can have some *whisper* chocolate tomorrow evening :j
Total syns today 10.5- pretty good, I aim for 10 syns a day.
Body magic- 3.2 mile walk and I'm going on the bike for 45 mins after I finish watching my programmes.
Hope everyone is ok xxx*The RK and FF fan club* #Family*Don’t Be Bitter- Glitter!* #LotsOfLove ‘Darling you’re my blood, you have my heartbeat’ Dad 20.02.200 -
Thanks Maman, I'll use that value as I'm sure they're all pretty much the same - so that would be 3 syns.
So in the end I reckon that I had a red day:
HEA - milk, bit of cheese but less than 30g
HEB - Porridge, 1 potato in the casserole, 3 blevita crackers
Syns: Rosti triangle (3), Maple syrup (1), slice white bread (4), mayo (5) = 13.
Feeling pleased that I kept on plan.
Tomorrow I think I'll finish up the left over casserole for lunch, have to think about dinner.Trying to keep in budget.

Lost 1 lb in this 1st week of Xmas challenge.... Needed 1.5 to make my 1st target.... So frustrating! Oh well.... Not giving in. Good luck everyone!2014 reach my best.0

Lost 3lb at WI tonight so that's almost all my gain from last week back off again! Thanks to you all for your support which really helped me get back on track.
So, flushed with success, I will set my target at (drum roll please)
8lb!
Nearly sabotaged myself with the aid of a packet of vegetable crisps tonight but luckily managed to work out that 1/4 packet is 6.5 syns just as I had eaten about 1/4 a packet! Now they are waving and calling to me from the top of the fridge.
I'm going to have to go to bed to escape them. Good night fellow synners.0 -
Well done Elenorf and travelling light on the losses :-)
Shala I love your la la not listening good strategy though
Beanie good for you a 100% day keep up the good work

Lantanna agree with you re savouries if they in the house they get eaten I'm the same hence why with chocolate have Freddy's etc as don't trust myself with big bar to budget it for a week no chance in hell

:Tellie, brilliant loss!
Tough luck about that extra half pound travelling light, but at least a loss.
Apologies for nosiness MrsR, but did you have a lot of freezer stuff to use up? I've often wondered why you have relatively synful ready meals instead of making your own like you're planning tomorrow.:)
WI for me in the morning. Not hopeful.:(0 -
Not being nosy maman
I'm just trying it for a couple of days. OH takes care of the meals usually because my illness means I struggle to cook most days. This is part of trying to get myself well again but as I think I've said we're extremely limited as we have no working hob and the oven has limited use. Tomorrow I'm having jacket spud for lunch and a tin of ratatouille my Mum gave me for tea, and Friday I'm having pasta that I'm doing in the microwave - that should be interesting :rotfl:
