We don't start 'til monday TL, stop jumping the gun :naughty: Now calm down, and wait your turn :D

Just as well, I am having a really grim few days! 'Fail to plan, plan to fail' they say and it's true for me certainly re food. If I've got nothing healthy to snack on then any old carp will do.

BTW Anyone heard from TakeItEasy recently? Her Mum was quite ill, hope all is ok.

    Morning All,

Mrs Ryan, how cruel was that Pizza man coming to your house by accident lol

Shala thanks again for keeping a tally of the losses etc - great job :T

I'm for Wi tonight no idea as although I don't think that the week has went particularly badly I don't think that it has went particularly well either. Anything off would be nice :rotfl:

Cannot believe that it is exactly 9 weeks until Christmas today! Where on earth has the time went...........this year.

So I always eat light on wi day and the same thing usually, which is yogurt, piece of fruit and mugshot.

Out for dinner on Saturday so will try to make sure the other 20 meals this week are SW friendly.

I also hope TIE is ok.

So looking forward to the weekend, its been a long horrible week and its getting colder!!

Might go out looking for a step at the weekend as I recorded a Kim Kardashian Step Exercise Class off the Fitness Channel the other night - would be good to give that a blast!
  • Hi, Can I join it please? I have 22 lbs to loose. I will also like to join the Christmas Challenge and would like to pledge the full 22 lbs. i am sure that's unrealistic and I will be happy even if it's less than that.

    Starting today :T

WI and maintained again, 2nd week running! Really need to get into gear for Mondays challenge. Won't WI next week as booked a holiday. If I maintain again the target has to go up, can't afford to keep paying when everyone keeps telling me I look fine! (Which I'm sure is the reason that I'm not trying as hard as I could be, vicious circle, lol)

:hello: there's nothing wrong with an aspirational target! I know the challenge doesn't start officially until Monday but we all have different WI days and I'd never recommend anyone to put off getting started.;)

I gained a pound at WI today. I'm happy with that as I know exactly where it's come from. That means I'll be starting the challenge bang on target weight so my sort of mini challenge to myself will be to go into Christmas at the bottom end of the range to allow for any treats during the season. Nibbles parties are already starting to be booked in so it's important we stay strong.:)

Thanks for the info MrsR. It's difficult with limited cooking facilities. Do you have good freezer space? I find making a big batch of SW Bolognese and soup and freezing in portions means you can ping something SW friendly when you're not up to (or in my case CBA ;)) to cook. Someone at my group today said she just hates cooking so she'd trawled through all the supermarkets on the site checking out the syns for ready meals and made a list to take with her. Hopefully she'll share it.:)

I haven't planned the rest of today yet but I've got plenty available. I've had my HEXs for breakfast. Lunch maybe soup. Supper I'll go for either a mini roast with either half syn sausages or liver. So only syns likely to be a bit of gravy.

Sending you a hug tie. Half term next week.:j

but I thought I was dreaming when a pizza delivery man just knocked on my door. Turns out he just had the wrong street but the smell coming from the bag made my mouth water... Mmmm, pizza!!

If that had happened to me mrsryan I think I would have grabbed the pizza and run - it has to be my absolute favourite naughty meal :D. I have to admit that now I am at target I do give in to temptation occasionally - it is my OH's birthday tomorrow and he wants to go to Pizza Hut for the buffet lunch - I didn't argue too much  but I will try to limit the pizza to a couple of slices and fill up on the salad bar (avoiding too many creamy dressings).

As others have mentioned - hope everything is OK with you TIE.

Have a great day everyone :)

    Hello all!!!!! :D:D:D:D:D:D:D

Now the metaphorical (& literal!) fog has lifted & the sun is out & the sky is blue & I am here to sing to you! (Well no, you wouldn't want me to do THAT!)

B; fruit salad covered with a ff yogurt
Sn; 30g cheddar to munch (HEa)
    L; syn free tomato soup
D; fish pie made by my Mom - won't be very SW friendly so will syn it as per a shop bought one (10? syns should cover it)
Sn; Hi-Fi bar (HEb) & hot chocolate (2 syns)

Got my hospital scan this afternoon to see what's going on with my hormonal cycles :( Also struggling with DD's behaviour. Since shes turned 2 it's like flicking a switch & I can't understand why.

Anyhoo, onward & downward to a size 16 by Christmas? Fingers crossed!! :D
Bought 2 litres of baileys (original & orange truffle) for Christmas this morning - £18 bargain, so they are going in the loft, out of sight! Also bought chocolate advent calendars for the 3 of us - oops ;) Only 1 syn per day though so not too bad if I'm good now.

    C xx
