Can I just throw in a recipe for the pizza lovers ? I use a whole meal wrap . Top with tinned tomato boiled down with a little garlic and herbs small amount of cheese either grated or laughing cow and all topped with lean meat, onions peppers and mushrooms. You can either syn the wrap and cheese or use them as your HEA and HEB. Just stick in the oven for about 10 to 15mins. I love feta or goats cheese on it too and it's smashing for a fake away night.

    Morning All,

Such a horrible wet day today! Definitely a morning for staying in bed - sadly I'm not :(

Going to try an exercise DVD tonight - and see how I get on. So letting myself have a lie in tomorrow as I am dead on my feet here.

Shala, Could I be an absolute pain and change my target to
    16.5 lbs .

Sorry just I am taking off the 1.5 lbs I had off last night.

Off for a Chinese tomorrow night so that will be my one dodgy meal this week.

Looking forward to chilling tonight with a few Gin's as per normal Friday night behaviour lol

Just checking now Mildredd, but from what I can see only WW wholemeal pitta are HexB, only wrap mentioned is Bfree foods multi grain gluten free.

I think pittas used to be, I'm sure I've used them as Hex in past but it looks like they've been removed.

Hi everyone, glad it's Friday but just wish the weather was as nice as yesterday, it's so wet and miserable this morning. We're going away in our motorhome for the weekend as it's the End of Season party with the group we go away with quite often so sure it's going to be another synful weekend!

    Having another EE day today:

    B - mushroom omlette; banana
L - WM pitta with roast pork and salad
D - sweet and sour chicken with rice
S - will be eating various bits of fruit. Have got a good selection as went shopping yesterday and my neighbour just brought round a carrier full of pears from his tree as he's going on holiday tonight. Got a choice of pears, bananas, satsumas, pineapple, melon
HEA - milk in teas throughout the day
    HEB - pitta at lunchtime
Syns - red wine - probably 2 so 12 syns, but only had 7 syns yesterday so have a few spare and can also claw back during the week

Have planned tomorrow's meals so will post them now as won't be able to get on tomorrow as won't have electric or internet!

B - bacon, egg, mushrooms, beans, black pudding (25g) 3 syns
    L - ham salad sandwich
D - beef bourgignon, mash potatoes & cabbage
HEA - milk in teas throughout the day
HEB - WM bread for sandwich
Syns - red wine but no idea how many at the moment. Will try not to eat too many snacks whilst drinking but have bought some Walkers Light so I don't end up eating DH's full fat ones or pretzels!

Probably won't be posting again until Monday.

    Have a good weekend everyone.

Morning. I used my wrap as 60g of whole meal bread which is in the book as a HEB ? Went to an earlier class this week as I will be busy on Saturday (my usual day). WEIGHT LOSS this week 2lb! Need a 1lb for my 3st and 13lb for target. Hope everyone is doing well this week.

Had a change of lunch - I'd forgotten I'd got a chickpea and spinach curry and rice out of the freezer so had that instead of pitta with pork & salad. Had a satsuma and some grapes after it. So I've now got a HEB still to use this evening. Not sure what I'll have but possibly 3 Ryvita and syn 10g of butter (3.5)

I think what Inazuma was saying is that if you're sticking strictly to plan you can only have the HEBs that are on the list. So there are only two pitta/wraps listed, others presumably don't have enough fibre or something. :T on your 2lbs, are you finding losses any harder as you get nearer target?

Good to hear you're managing to stay on track skint-catt.:A

Have a lovely weekend denise. Weather promises to be disgusting but I'm sure you'll enjoy catching up with everyone.

    My EE plan for today:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB toast, fried egg, mushrooms, half syn sausage, bacon,
    L: banana
D: chicken stir fry with rice and maybe SW chips
Syns: (rather a lot today but will claw back during the coming week:o) squirt of sauce, couple of mini spring rolls, sweet chilli dipping sauce, some honey in the stir fry, weekend wine
