    Afternoon All,

Considering last week was my first proper week it wasn't great timing as I was away and ate lots of naughty foods but I still lost 0.5lbs which I'm happy with considering.

I have a confession to clear my guilty conscience.

Today is the first day of my new week and I was really bad and just ate 26.5 syns worth of a panini and starbucks.

My question is how many of your syns do you eat on average over the week? Have you stil lost even if you use all of your syns?

    Thanks xx

It's a lovely day here and I've just been out for a sunny walk with my dog.

I'm looking through my papers here (I got pdf downloads from SW online) and I'm missing one or two bits so can I double check with you all?

On red and green days you can have two HEA and two HEB, which I understand to be all of the EE healthy extra choices (dairy and cereals/bread) plus the specific HE for the green days (meat, fish) and red days (pulses, new/baked potatoes)

so far I have had porridge and milk, plus a chicken casserole for lunch (not a lot of chicken left in it) but for dinner I want a jacket with beans and cheese, so I think I have to syn the cheese or have a green day.
    Does that sound right? Thanks
    Trying to keep in budget.

Back from WI and have lost 0.5lb - no idea how as I definitely wasn't 100% this week having had a very synful weekend - gave up counting once I got over 100! Have been really good and cut back since Monday though so maybe that helped!

Away again this weekend but hopefully will be a little more restrained than last week. I'm in target range (2lb over) but am aiming to get down to bottom end of target if I can before my holiday in mid December.

Today will be an EE day:

B - bacon in pitta (HEB) - eaten after WI whilst at group
L - small sushi pack from Tesco, need to look up syns but don't think it'll be more than 1 as I had the salmon one and I know the duck one is 1.5. Banana, melon
    D - shepherd's pie, mashed swede & peas
    Snacks - fruit, Mullerlight
Syns - not sure yet but may have a packet of Walkers Light crisps

I got to target by eating all 105 syns every week. if I didn't it was a mistake! :rotfl:

You can make up for your Starbucks binge by having hardly any syns tomorrow. I save most of mine for weekends and that works too. At least it does for me although some people prefer more instant gratification.;)

You're right about the HEXs AFAIK. I'd count today as Green day and have highlighted to show why. If there's really hardly any chicken in your casserole then you might have a bit of B left over. I don't see the point of going EE today as virtually no SF.

It's a lovely sunny day here too but all I've made of it is to dry washing!:)

denise, my plan is the same as yours: to get to lower regions of target range.

Decided to have both liver and one sausage with my supper, so that'll be half a syn plus the gravy. That leaves one sausage to add to breakfast. Don't you just love SW!:)

Thanks Maman! I'm so glad to hear this! I can quite happily go for a few days on minimal syns. But I do tend to like to treat myself after I've weighed in and at the weekend and pick it up on weekdays.

    Hello all!!!!! :D:D:D:D:D:D:D

Now the metaphorical (& literal!) fog has lifted & the sun is out & the sky is blue & I am here to sing to you! (Well no, you wouldn't want me to do THAT!) Quote

    Like this :T

I hope my methaphorical & literal fog lifts soon too :)
Me too, I must admit I am feeling a bit more motivated today so although my sky is blue I will also not sing as a favour to you all.

Am still here, haven't been eaten by the Cat next door, although I had a near miss with the man from the council and his strimmer earlier today!

Just very very busy at work as we move into a new building so lots to pack. I accidentally got put into a box myself today along with a pile of French Dictionaries. It was very traumatic. But I didn't binge after they picked me out :D

Well I didn't have my tom soup after all as I didn't feel like eating, but had a banana & half a satsuma before my scan.

No bad news, though came home to another friend annoucing her 2nd pregnancy on FB. Want to sit & bawl my eyes out but my anti-depressants won't let me :( Got to wait until next Wed before I can speak to the Dr. Just don't know what to do with myself now. It's going to be very hard to stay in control this evening now

(Oh & thanls for the msg Frogga - sorry I didn't reply, I just like to hole up with my catnip until I can face the world again xx)
