Am still here, thanks for your lovely concern :A. Am exhausted 😴 just got to get through tomorrow then can collapse in a heap. Am so run down with all the stress, have huge ulcer in my mouth so hurts to eat and have a sore inside my nose which isn't healing despite cream from Dr. Mum is still in hospital, they won't let her out until she's off the oxygen. She was on a mask which had a water bottle attached and was very noisy but today they changed it to nasal tubes. She looked so much better but desperate to go home. Reading doesn't take much energy so if you don't see me post I will still be reading. Off for some 💤💤 now, thank you everyone 💖
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

I've had a 100% day today using 12 syns so I'm really pleased.

When do we start the cracker challenge Shala-moo? Do we need to weigh on a specific day?
    Trying to keep in budget.

Next Monday gien, you can weigh on which ever day you want but lots of us weigh on Mondays anyway..

I think I've got this right - week commencing Monday the 28th you will note down ur start weight and then your first recorded loss will be week commencing 4th nov.. Please someone correct me if I'm wrong..

    Good luck!

Good to see you cooking your won food MrsR and sounding so positive.

I've had a really good day. Only syns were in a bit of gravy with my supper and I did swede/potato mash as well so even more SFs!

Sorry to hear you sounding down skint-catt, hang on in there and keep ranting at us if you need to.:)
