Will check with my SW consultant next week about the wrap but there has only been 2weeks in the 30 that I haven't lost and I am sure it wasn't a wrap those weeks that did it lol . My weight loss has been steady overall 2 was a really good result this week as it's been 1 to 1 1/2 on average. To be honest for me any loss is a result it gives you the incentive to carry on where you might give up. It's sometimes off putting to hear others in group who lose vast amounts but I have noticed these are the ones that fall off the wagon big style. I am happy with slow and steady after all it took me 20 years to put on, what's another year to lose it ?

    Morning all,

A little depressed today re trying to concieve etc but still on track! Green day today :D

Skint_catt, you know what - give yourself a little weekend breather:)

Try and put it out of your mind for a couple of days and tell yourself you can think about it again on Monday.

I too have a lot of stuff going on at the minute and am feeling slightly better today thinking its the weekend and I'm going to spend a couple of days relaxing, doing things I enjoy and putting it out of my mind.

Inatanna I was just worried I was wrong about the wrap . Would hate to throw a spanner in the works by giving someone the wrong info. Has anyone tried the tango chicken ? I love it, even beats the Chinese takeaway sweet and sour (you can see where all this extra weight came from) fakeaway is my new watch word. Any body got a substitute for spare ribs ?

    Hi everyone
Another bad day :( I went to the doctor's surgery on my Body Magic walk to drop off OH's repeat prescription request and went off on my walk after that- pulled up after about 5 mins, feels like I've pulled something and had to limp home :( no more BM for me for now then :( just rang my union for some advice about work. Quite down about it at the minute and I'm wondering if I'll ever go back :( pessimism is setting in I think!!
    Today's menu:
B: 2x HiFi Rocky Road (HEXB) apple, banana, cup of coffee with HEXA s/s milk (forgot to defrost my mixed berries-)
L: (Mega proud of this) tuna pasta and mixed leaves (cooked the pasta in the microwave, heated up a tin of tinned tomatoes with garlic and herb and used that as sauce. It was absolutely blinking gorgeous and really filled me up!) mixed berries (cherries, raspberries, redcurrants and strawberries- and I remembered to defrost them :D) with vanilla Mullerlight, pint of cordial with mineral water
T: Jacket spud and spaghetti hoops, 1x laughing cow extra light (part of HEXA) steamed mixed veg, pink and white (2.5 syns) cup of white choc options (2.5 syns)
S: MugShot, bag of Hoops and Crosses (4.5)
Syns: 9.5 (and that's with some treats! :))
Hugs to everyone needing them, sorry to moan :( x

    Hi Guys and Gals,

    My Story:

Did SW a few years back (2006 I think) and I lost 12lb in about 5 weeks. I stopped going because there was a group of us who went and they all stopped going and I didn't want to go on my own. I know, it's a poor excuse! Anyway, fast forward to 2010 and I started again. I think the EE plan had just come out. I did 3 weeks this time. I didn't lose a single lb! I followed plan to the T, had daily text convos/calls from my consultant to check I was doing the right thing and she couldn't fault me but I didn't lose a single lb. The only thing I can think of right now, after reading the thread, is that I over did it with the fruit. I was eating ALOT everyday!!

So, now we're at 2013 and I'm still the same weight as 2010 (actually, 7lb lighter but that's taken 3 years to come off :o), my relationship with food is atrocious and I really want to change that and change my size/weight/figure/self esteem for the better.

I've decided to bite the bullet and re-join SW. I've done my research and found a class on Tuesdays which I'm happy to go along to. I've read a lot of this thread (I'm really sorry but I had to skip to the end once I'd got to page 104!) and it's given me the confidence I needed, so thank you all

I can't start properly until Tuesday but I will be watching what I eat over the next few days (although I sort of don't want to because then my first weigh in will look better IYKWIM - disgusting way to look at it but, that's me :o). I am quite excited though, I've got the full support of my OH and, because it's 'normal' food he won't mind eating what I eat too (which is great!) and am completely motivated in myself. I'm planning to go to my first meeting Tues morn, come home, meal plan for the week and the get to the supermarket. I want to make sure I understand it fully and properly meal plan before I head out shopping and don't want to do it before hand in case I pick up the wrong things and end up majorly synning with every bite!

So, anyway... Sorry for the essay! Well done to everyone on your losses so far, throughout the thread I've seen that every one of you has had some sort of loss and that has been a factor in my inspiration so thank you loads!!!!!

    Bring it on!!
