I've been wasting the last few months half-heartedly doing SW and not really bothering. I've put on around 7lbs in this time. But, I do not want to get back into the trap and putting more weight on! I'm setting myself a personal mini goal of 10.5lbs before christmas!
Yesterday was my first day back on track although it had a small blip:
b - banana, mullerlight
l - 4 ryvita (b) laughing cow (a) velvet crunch (4) apple
d - cowboy hotpot, mullerlight, small glass of red wine (5ish)
snack - banana
then i met friends for coffee, wanted to get something while they all had their lunch and got a flapjack... 19 syns But i did go to bootcamp for the second day in a row! It'll teach me to have something for the sake of it!
Good luck allBecame Mrs Scotland 16.01.16Became homeowners 26.02.16

Hi Fire Ember, they are 3 syns each. Enjoy!
Hello to everyone, Frogga I couldn't do your job and have utter respect for you. And I certainly wasn't sickened by your binge. I love this site because there are people with the same sort of experiences as me around food.
WI tonight. Fingers crossed. X
Hope you all have a good day.

Good morning everyone.
I know exactly what you mean Frogga about getting cross when people tell you to 'calm down' - my children sometimes do it ( chillax mum!) when i have asked them to move their lazy butts and helo with some chores. red rag to a bull it is.
Today is going well, I have been to a body pump class and although i think I might find it difficult to walk later on, I feel as if I've burned off a few calories.
Today's food looks like this:
B: Porridge and 0.5 teaspoon maple syrup (HEA; B; 1 syn)
L: Mushroom and bacon omlette, tomato salad, apple, clem, bananaCoq au chardonnay with mash, 1 sun (from a SW mag)
snacks: fruit and carrot sticks
Syns: Not sure yet, maybe a couple of bits of chocolate later on in front of the TV.
Have a good dayTrying to keep in budget.

My binges or binge wish list generally consist of all savoury foods such as Chinese, Chippy, Bread, Cheese & Crisps!!
I'm out this Saturday night for a Chinese and drinks so if the thought of having that will hopefully keep me on track until then!
JPP - Choose your alcohol wisely, you should have something you like :T But maybe there is a lower syn alternative or something lower in syns that you would prefer - you never know.
When I joined SW I switched from wine to Gin & Slimline tonic. Pre SW I was drinking 3 - 4 bottles of wine a week. Since I started I think I've had 3 bottles from April:j
I still drink every weekend and have managed a great loss so far! So it can be done :T
My downfall is savouries too lantanna. This week I bought a couple of (on offer) bags of Kettle crisps for Christmas. I've put them away upstairs in the back of a cupboard. Will I have the willpower to leave them there? I do hope so.
JPP, I use almost all my syns for alcohol so I'm something of an expert.:o I save them for weekends so I can enjoy them. The lowest syns in terms of quantity you can drink would be something with a diet mixer. So either a spirit with coke/tonic/lemonade or a spritzer. Roughly speaking it's about 4 per measure or smallish glass of wine.
Back soon.:)0 -
I'm another who uses most of her syns on alcohol - although I do use a few in meals. Fortunately I'm not that bothered by chocolate so it can sit in the fridge for weeks without being touched (it usually gets opened by DH eventually!)
Having another Green day today, although not sure that's a brilliant idea with WI tomorrow morning!
B - weetabix, melon
L - LO cauli cheese from yesterday (synned yesterday so not counting today!) with salad
D - HM beanburger (assuming I can get the mixture to firm up enough to be able to make them!), in WM pitta bread (HEB) with salad
HEA - milk - probably won't use both HEAs but will be more than 1
HEB - weetabix; pitta bread
Snacks - melon, pineapple, banana
I'm also planning on making a synfree roulade if I get round to it! so means more fruit as I'll fill it with quark, frozen mixed berries (defrosted) and banana

Maman I've learnt that if I buy any crisps at all I will eat them all within a couple of days!
A few weekends ago I ate 13 packets of Multibag Bacon Waffles over a weekend !
I just can't resist them and do try not to buy - but sometimes the urge takes over and its a disaster. :rotfl:0 -

I was craving crisps like mad this morning (old habit = 10.30 its time for crisps) i even stood in front of the vending machine with my SW book looking them all up. I thought maybe i'd buy a bag and have half........ in the end i couldn't bring myself to spend my syns on them and walked away. I found 2 slightly dusty almonds in a tupperware container in my drawer and ate them:rotfl:You're not your * could have not of * Debt not dept *0 -
