    Hello all!

Well done on all the loses, especially those that beat their target on the 6 week challenge. Be proud people! :T

I'm still in the zone and am set for another loss on Thursday. I'm hoping for 3.5 so I can say I officially say I lost 1/2 stone. That would make me really pleased. I'm so cross I fell off the wagon. But at least I am back on it now so can't complain.

Welcome to all the newbies, our thread seems so busy now. Its so nice reading how everyone else is getting on. It what keeps me going most of the time.

I am going to set a target of 9lbs for the 6 week challenge, this will get me to my club 10, so anything beyond that will be a bonus.

We have taster night at group this week, I'm thinking of trying something different, maybe a pudding. I'm sorry I can't remember who posted it but I have written down the roulade recipe so may give that a go. My specialty is a pork curry recipe but I don't think I will be able to take that in. We will see.

A very kind and heartfelt kick up the bum to those that are craving the naughty things, I don't know if it helps but I always regret having a binge. I know you don't think it at the time. But try and step back and really think if you want or need the cake/biscuit/chocolate. I have found thinking about what I want to look like at Christmas, and how eating something naughty won't help. Its all about the Psychology!

    Take care all xx

We're so nearly at the end of the challenge  Only one full day left now :j

We need to start posting our totals. I think we should all be equally proud, wether we've lost 1 lb or 1 stone, it's all good :D And if you havn't lost any, or even gained, well, that just means everyone else will have to be better at motivating you. We are all in this together ;)

BTW the 'Christmas Pudding or Christmas Cracker Challenge' will run from Monday 28th October to Friday 20th December. That is exactly 8 weeks before we break up for Christmas. Shala, is it asking too much of you to do the record keeping again? You've done such a brilliant job keeping track of us all. If you'd rather not maybe someone else could take a turn? Can't be me though, I'm a bit of a thickie with that sort of thing?

Once we get all the results in for the end of this challenge, we can declare our interest, and state our goals. God I'm a bossy Frog, have you heard me?
Would like to join this challenge. Am aiming for 1/2 stone off in the. 8 weeks. 💥
    2014 reach my best.

  • I know I'm new but I'd like to join in the challenge too. Not sure how much to go for so I'm setting a target of 12 lbs.

Is anyone able to tell me the Syn value of Weight Watchers Golden Syrup Fairy Cakes? I can't find it in my book even though it's the current one, must be a new product.

    Thank you x

Welcome all new peeps to the challenge, we're now collectively Christmas Crackers, Not Christmas Puddings
Hope everyone is feeling motivated and raring to go. Shala, well done on not surrendering to the lure of 'Cheap Fat and Flour Only Made Palatable by the Addition of Overwhelming Amounts of White Sugar'. Well, that's how I was told to think of cakes and biscuits, and it does make them sound pretty gross.
