Nooo... They've bought Greggs cakes at work!
I'm writing it down so that i can keep my motivation up and not touch them! If i do then i'll have to admit it to you all. You are my conscience!
I don't even like Greggs cakes:o
Lindens we can do this - step away from temptation and cravings!!
I did - had a piece of ham with cheese spread on......
Greggs cakes are horrible - if you are going to fall off the wagon do it properly!!!!!You're not your * could have not of * Debt not dept *0 -
I'm planning on having chicken tonight and wondered if any of you knew of a low syn sauce apart from a tomato one?!

Welcome to all the newbies that have joined over the weekend.
I had my final weigh-in for the autumn challenge this morning and I gained 1lb - which gives an overall gain of 0.5lb which is fine as my goal was to maintain
Thanks shala for keeping the records for our challenges - I would like to join the Christmas Pudding/Christmas Cracker challenge and my goal will be to maintain (again!).
Well done all those that have weighed-in already - some great losses all round and good luck for those still to weigh :T0 -
Hello All!,
Welcome to the new joiners
Shala- please put me down for 6lb in the Christmas Pudding challenge.
Might struggle a bit later this week with the weight loss- I am off to Norfolk to visit family, they have already planned a trip to the seadside (with a chippy visit!) and a take away curry. Will probably do lots of walking to compensate though.
Hope everyone who is off this week has a fab time

I've got WI in an hour and a half - normally I'd be out walking round the village at this time but I nipped out earlier to pick up my fit note from the doc and the sky was very ominous so I went on the bike for 45 mins instead
plus a total of about 15-20 mins walk by the time I get to group and I came home and ran up and down stairs and out to the dryer a few times so Im hoping every little helps!!
Not a good day today. Having a 'low' day so zero motivation and not much appetite. OH persuaded me out of bed at 11.30 am and made me a cup of coffee so I at least drank something but I didn't eat until 2pm which probably isn't a good thing!! But what a meal it was - and only half a syn in total!!
B: Cup of coffee with HEXA s/s
L: Jacket potato with Laughing Cow extra light triangles x 2 (again part of HEXA) and Heinz Garlic and Herb baked beans, loads of mixed leaves and some fat free vinegarette, Bernard Matthews chicken tikka chunks and a bit of ham. A banana and a pot of Hartleys NAS strawberry jelly (1/2 a syn), pint of NAS cordial with mineral water.
Snack at group after WI - NAS cordial, apple, Muller Light coconut greek style yoghurt (1/2 a syn)
T: (when I get home) steamed sprouts, cauli, broccoli and carrots, Tesco Light Choices spag bol (9 syns) Satsuma and NAS cordial.
That's the magic 10 syns I aim to stick to but never do

Hi all,
Maman - yes I know I'm a bit light on the superfree - I meant to have carrots instead of the peas but I'd run out
tbh I always lean towards green days anyway, so might get my mojo back doing a bit of that!
B; pudding rice & ff yoghurt
L; syn free tomato soup with extra chillies
D; Courgette, tomato & brie (a naughty Hea
) gratin from A Girl Called Jack - 26p per portion
Sn; ff yoghurt to stave off hunger, Hi-Fi bars (Heb), hot choc options (2)
WI in the morning, so just trying to limit the damage the last 2 weeks will have caused!
What are the lowest syn crisps - are French Fries still the lowest at 4/4.5 syns? I need to get some treats in - I don't do well being 'all or nothing'.
Has anyone else weaned themselves off Diet fizzy drinks? I went cold turkey on Friday & had the most horrendous headaches on Saturday & Sunday. Thankfully gone now, so I *hope* I won't be starting back on them anytime soon - they are like drugs to me

Hope you've all had a good day. I've been quite peckish today so made sure I've had what I want in order to not feel deprived. That's been my major downfall in the past; I get so into losing weight, that I go silly. I cut out bread, then potatoes, then cheese, then any treats so I'm just eating veg, and then I crave food!

Hi I used to drink 2lts a day of diet coke and went cold turkey. I was so ill and had really bad headaches. I can now after a year have a glass now and then and do not crave it.
Shalla can I join the Christmas challenge I would love to lose 12 by then.
I am really trying and I am eating more than I have ever. I am stuffing my face with SW chips done in actifry and have been making loads of SW roulades. Thanks to the person who posted this for me. It is lovely at only a half a sin. My Husband and I share one each night. I will be amazed if I lose anything this week.Sealed Pot Challenge 1441
