Dreading final Autumn Challenge weigh in tomorrow, had such a poor week. But I will do it, then draw one of The Frog's lines, and start the 'Cracker not a pudding' challenge. I am going away on 12th Dec so my challenge will finish a wee bit before but I must lose this podge by then.
Welcome newbs, jump on and start the challenge with us.
Hugs to all who need them.0 -
Bleaugh! Just made myself a white hot chocolate options - yuck! It doesn't even taste like white chocolate! Won't be buying that again. Luckily it was just a small sachet & not a tub!

Oh I absolutely love the white choc options! Mum bought me 4 sachets in my birthday syn bag and its yummy

I think for the challenge I'm going to be sensible - I'm hoping that the increased dose of my anti-d's will work and I can go back to work middle to end of Nov so things will shift for me. I'm going to go for 10lbs which should take me down to 15st. I've been having to think about what I want my new target for SW to be and have decided on 80kg (12.5 stone or thereabouts) I've lost 3 stone 2.5lbs in 5 months so if (and its a big if!!) I can keep up the good work then by the time my awards ball comes around next year I should be about at target. I'm not holding my breath
but to lose another 2 stone and get to 5 stone lost before one year would be amazing and I'm really aiming for that!!
Slightly better day today but still not brilliant...
B: 2 Tesco Wheat Biscuits (cheapo Weetabix
) HEXB with HEXA s/s milk, 2 x chopped bananas
Snack: 2 crispbread things with 2 x Laughing Cow Light and ham (2 syns for the crispbread and Laughing Cow part of HEXA as I have nowhere near my milk allowance) litre bottle of mineral water
L: Chicken with the skin removed, steamed mixed veg, a few Aunt Bessie's homestyle roasties (2.5) parsnips, 1 Tesco Finest Sage and onion Yorkshire pudding (4.5) Oreo cookie (2.5) Mullerlight coconut greek style yoghurt (0.5) pint of NAS cordial with mineral water
S: Pint of Diet Pepsi in the pub
T: Hot sardine salad with ham and fat free vinegarette, apple and banana
Total: 12 syns. Not as bad as I thought...
WI tomorrow

Good Morning Campers :jHi De Hi...
Well, the 6 Week Awesome in Autumn Challenge is over, I've hopped on the scales for the final result, and I've lost another 1lb, which gives me a total of 12lb for the 6 Week Challenge
and I am actually quite pleased with that. I managed 12lb in the 6 Week Summer Holiday Challenge too so 12 seems to be my number.
I shall go for 12lb for the 'Be a Cracker Not a Pudding' Challenge. That would take me to 12st 6lb. Think that should be doable. Good Luck to everyone else working out their totals this week. Then it's all go for Monday 28th...Say it once, say it loud ~ I'm an Atheist, Anti-Royalist, Socialist, Tea-Total Veggie Frog and PROUD!:D

Weigh in this morning shows 1.5 on, blech I knew it wouldn't be good but never mind. Here we go then, my target is to lose 10lbs.
Good luck everyone0 -
It's only 1.5lb Inazuma, that's nothing, the Challenge is over now, it's finished, it's done, look forward and move on to the Christmas Cracker Challenge. 10lb is SO doable, good luck to us :beer:Say it once, say it loud ~ I'm an Atheist, Anti-Royalist, Socialist, Tea-Total Veggie Frog and PROUD!:D

Inazuma looking back at the chart you have lost every week apart from this small gain. You have done really really well. I'm thinking it's 8lb down? That's more than half a stone. Very well done matey.
You must have been doing lots right. I wonder if we could all help each other more by posting our 'Top Tips'. Things that really helped. Or even our 'Definitely Don'ts'. One of my Definitely Don'ts would be Don't give up.
SO here are my Top Tips
1. Do stick to the plan ~ have your HEB's & HEA's including Bread () and HAVE SOME TREATS , even everyday if you need it :T
2. Do plan well. Batch cook, write a plan of the week's meals etc.
3. DO give yourself a break. You're just overweight, not a bad person
and my Definitely Dont's
1. Don't guess weight of food, Measure it out!
2. Grate your cheese, it goes SO MUCH further.
3. DONT GIVE UP
Anyone else parting with their wisdom?

Been away for the weekend so haven't posted. Completely lost the plot!
We ate out on Saturday and not sure how many syns that was but I would think about 25 syns (it was 15 syns just for the starter - I had whitebait!). Also had far more wine syns than was sensible!
I think I probably had a week's worth of syns this weekend so will definitely have to try not to have too many syns before WI on Thursday am in order to limit the damage.
I'm having a Red day today:
B - Toasted bacon and mushroom sandwich (HEB1)
L - Roast beef salad
D - Braised steak & onions, boiled potatoes (HEB2), selection of vegetables including carrots, spinach & cauliflower (not sure what other veg I've got in the freezer!)
HEA - SS milk in tea throughout the day
Snacks: mixed fruit salad (apricots, banana, melon, pear), carrot sticks with FF yoghurt. Have also got some Mullerlights if I need them
Syns: brown sauce in bacon sandwich 1. Hopefully I won't need any more
