No. it doesn't matter in the grand scheme of anything - no-one's died as it is, but I'm disappointed in myself that I didn't rein it in sooner. Ah well.

At the moment, I still badly was to lose weight as I really have sooo much to lose, but I want to eat nice things & still lose!

Lantanna - fabulous loss again :T will update chart tomorrow x

TIE - it's no wonder you're stressed with the stuff you have to handle at the moment x is there any way you could take some compassionate leave or holiday? Please don't burn yourself out, it will only make you poorly and that's the last thing you need. Big, big hugs to you.. Just wished there was more we could do xx

Beanie - apologies for not remembering ( memory, sieve) are u at target? Could you give yourself some time off and have a few days where you don't think about SW? Might be just the break you need - although don't go completely off the rails like me :rotfl: I think I've put on the 8lbs I was meant to be losing in our challenge :o

Have a good day tomorrow everyone xx

Sending you a big hug tie. Shala's right, you're under huge stress outside work at the moment. What about a few days off to take care of you?:)

If you fancy a bit of a rant then go ahead.. If it's going to help with you keeping on track then no one will mind xx someone may even have some sage advise :D

And if you think about it mildredd, sage is free and packing and unpacking bags must have some Body Magic in there somewhere.;) You just rant away anytime you like.

I'm afraid that just after posting earlier I had a piece of cake. I've been really tired today and let DH persuade me I needed a sugar hit. Enjoyed it for a few minutes but then instantly regretted the lapse. But like you said skint, it doesn't matter in the grand scheme of anything.

Food shop tomorrow, meal plan sorted, onwards and upwards.:D

6 Week Awesome in Autumn Challenge Day 40 Week 6

    Friday 18th October
    Morning All, Happy Friday :j
TIE so many teachers at school are off sick with stress, and many are not but to be honest they should be. It's quite upsetting to see people so wound up and not be able to help. Morale is low. You must put yourself first.

I didn't apply for the job Mildredd. I thought long and hard but I just didn't want to do such long hours, once you factor in the travel. I also didn't want to be so far away from home. Didn't feel quite ready. But I do think if something comes up closer, and more suitable, I'll go for it. It made me feel less trapped.
It's only 1lb Beanie. Just rein it in for this next week. Being at target is the hardest part. So they tell me ;) I wouldn't know, I never made it :o
As we are comming to the end of the challenge I've been totaling up everyones loss. It's quite amazing what we have done  I'm trying to stay possitive. I lost 12lb during the 6 week summer holiday challenge, and 11lb so far this time so it could be 12lb by mondays weigh in. That would be nearly 2 st. I Have been at this weight several times and then put loads on again. Each time I do I pledge to just be happy at getting to 13st again. So, I'm trying to remember that and stop chasing the next loss. I loook and feel quite ok at this weight so I'm gonna try hard to be happy, and if I lose more then that's all good.

Only a few more days now, hold on girls...

That's a great attitude have Frogga.

I think I've turned the corner now, so back on plan!

    Today will be:
    B: boiled eggs, apple
    L: french onion soup,
D: chilli, salad, HM flour tortilla (3 syns)

    HEA milk for tea.
It's quite 'light' but I want to make sure my gut is OK.
My in laws are arriving today for the weekend so we'll eat out one day I think.
    Trying to keep in budget.

Going away for the weekend so have got loads to do so just a quick one to do my plan for today - although it doesn't have as much superfrees as usual so will try to eat some extra fruit today.

Am doing a Green day today so the lack of SFs isn't such a problem with "no one third rule/suggestion"!

B - magic porridge (HEB) with Mullerlight vanilla and choc sprinkles and a banana
L - 2 Ryvita (0.5 HEB) butter (3.5 syns), half fat cheese (HEA), tomato
    D - Kedgeree [smoked haddock (0.5 HEB)]

Will have a couple of glasses of red tonight so will be 0.5 over syns for today but as I do my syns over the week that's not a problem, can pull back easily enough.
