I'm glad it arrived safe and sound :beer:and you're welcome. It gave my fingers something to do other than pick up sweets to post into my mouth
It was a purely selfish venture
How is it a selfish venture? I (meaning Rebecca) get something out of it!
I love crocheting (not so much knitting) as a way of keeping me out of the cupboards - should really try to get back into it to stop me eating the biscuits next to me :eek:0 -
This is true, it's a win win

Bum well & truly kicked by Frogga who tells me there are lss than 70 days left until Christmas now
I hate to think how much weight I've put on in the 14 days I've been completely & utterly off-planNothing I can do about it now! Still on hols in North Yorkshire, but now trying my best & a good few bananas. fat free yoghurts & egg & beans for lunch today though hubby ordered a massive chinese for dinner
Maybe it'll be enough to get my !!! back on the treadmill when I get home. When does the next challenge start? As of today I want to lose whatever I've put on PLUS 10lbs before Christmas (total tbc!)

Hi everyone
I have not been on here for a while but am still plodding on. My final weigh in for the challenge was lost 0.5lb
Have tried to up the superfree this week and had less bread but have struggled this week and had to stop a binge almost every night this week. I hope I have a good weight loss this week. I find I am good all week and stay within syns and lose 0.5lb and then other people in my SW class lose 3lb and then reel off a list of high syn food and drink that would have no way been within syns, grr.
Keep up the good work everyone
TraceyOfficially debt free :j0 -
