Did you really post at 1.58 in the morning Frogga? If so, yes its waaaay too early to hoover, LOL.

I'm feeling a bit better today - I think my gut must be finally settling down a bit. I've only had tea for breakfast but lunch is at a workshop today so I will have to see what is available.
I'm fed up of not being able to eat properly and the scales this morning didn't show any loss at all, so that's a bit of a downer too.

Of Course I didn't post at 1.58 Gien, that would be absolutely BONKERS!! It was 2.58 :D I'm nocturnal dummy ;)

[QUOTE=Blodwen; I'll let you into a little secret (although I realise this might rock a few people's worlds) - I'm not really called Blodwen, nor am I Welsh (or a caterpillar!)!

Well I am shocked ! Who would go around pretending to be a little green creature who isn't one?? That's just odd

    Good luck Beanie xxx

    Still hard for me today;
B; pudding rice & ff yoghurt
L; pizza express Leggera (12.5 syns) & diet coke in York
D; curry though made from scratch with all spices - adding creamed coconut to this one though (8 syns) - also using up Koppleberg cider (12syns) & half a bottle of rose (18/24 syns?) :o

Although it's a terrible SW day it's pretty good for me! Home tomorrow & the dreaded service stations to contend with for lunch but will have a big a breakfast as I possibly can before we leave so hopefully won't go too wild!

Lots of walking around the city today, so that's got to help!

    C xx

You will always be that caterpillar now swinging in the tree saying I'm blodwen ;)

Tie - are you on half term next week or week after? 1 or 6 more get ups til a break?

Frogga- did u apply for the job in the end?

My dinner tonight was gorgeous although I'm not sure if I like we sausages or I'm just trying to convince myself I do?

The solution to my problem is a hitman I think
Or the other solution is one I started last night but then realised I quite like where I live so I unpacked my bags :)

Beanie good luck at wi x fingers crossed
Catt - as long as you've enjoyed your holiday does the last week reaLly matter in the grand old scheme of life??

Does anyone else argue themselves out if using syns? Like I fancied crisps at lunch then thought oooh actually I'd rather have the option of choc tonight?
