I'm really sorry but I think I've missed someone's update, but for the life of me I can't find it - Tracey12 was it yours or Shelley's??

Saw Jamie making this the other day - going to make it this week, thought it would make a nice meal on a green or EE day - as long as the cheese was counted as HEA and you used to dried pasta instead of fresh

As I write this I know so many of you will have done the same thing, so I feel very much at home. Today has been difficult. For two reasons. Firstly because the first day after a binge is always really hard. I've got the 'taste' for bingeing now, I like it, and I want to do more of it :( And secondly, because I was in a Child Protection meeting about a girl in my class and it is very very upsetting. I wish I didn't know some of the things I did. I'd like to eat to console myself. Oh and thirdly because Mr Frog is stuck on the M25 and so has run out of driving time and won't be home. Bummer.
I had to go to Sainsbugs to get his prescription and I had to wait for 20 minutes. SO that was plenty of time to talk myself into a binge. I put cake tubs (millionaires Shortbread, brownies, flapjack) in my trolley. Then a big bar of Galaxy, and strawberry cheesecake. Then I woke up and put it all back. Then I went back to the isles and put it all back in the trolley again  I must have looked like an idiot.
The toad was on my shoulder, and when he was egging me on, I felt really happy about it, I really wanted a good old face stuffing. When I persuaded myself not to, I was really cheesed off. Then I thought of all of you. Of how you'd be feeling if I gave up, of what you'd all say, of how I'd feel tomorrow. So I didn't buy anything. I wanted to, but I didn't. I may well stuff later, I'll try not to. I'll try really hard to be good for 3 more hours before bed. Then tomorrow will be easier...

Now I've got you maman!! :D

Frogga, I've done that so many times!! the icecream aisle in Waitr0se is my downfall, I can walk round that shop and pick up and put down icecream until it's melted and be so annoyed with myself when I walk out the door WITHOUT it! we have weird brains :p

Can you take yourself off up to bed a bit early and read or watch some rubbish tv?? or have a lovely bath, far away from the kitchen?

Big hugs for a having an awful day, i'm sorry that things like that have to be part of your job, your a very strong frog to deal with it all xx

Frogga, if you don't mind me saying, I think what you managed to do in the supermarket was awesome - you really controlled your cravings and sorted out the toad on your shoulder. There's an awful lot of people out there who are just not able to do that and you are - I take my hat off to you.

I've still got a really upset gut so not really eaten much - a bit of dry bread, lots of cups of tea. :(
    Trying to keep in budget.
