    Hello, I'm back from my holiday and and WI this morning has me 4 lb lighter - entirely due I'm afraid to a nasty dose of travellers tum! I'm not quite right today and I won't record my loss until I'm fully well and funtioning again.
    I have eaten today - roast lunch without the oily bits - but I won't gave anything more and see how it goes.

    Off shopping tomorrow, the fridge is bare, so I had better do a bit of planning.
    Trying to keep in budget.

    6 Week Awesome in Autumn Challenge Day 35 Week 5

    Sunday 13th October

    Breakfast~ Porridge (HEB) RiceMilk (HEA) & sliced banana

    Snack ~ pear, Satsuma, ffyog

    Lunch~ baked beans on wmroll & loads of leaves, and 2 poached eggs & cheese (HEA)

    Snack ~ satsuma

    Tea~ 4 new pots cauli,carrots, broc and hm chilli beans

    Ff yog

    Evening Treat ~ nothing I don’tthink, trying to make up for last night a little bit

    You are right Maman, I haven't done it for a while. I'm not sure why I did? I just saw the toffees and thought "sod it, I want them" so I did ;) I think I'll always be a binger, because I really enjoy doing it, but I'll maybe try not to do it as often as I used to, and I'll maybe try not to think I'm such a bad person because of it. There are worse things I could do :D

    So weigh in tomorrow. Then it's the final 7 days of the challenge. I've got my Super Speedy soup all made and I'm really going to go for it in a last atempt to lose some before the final count. If I haven't lost tomorrow, it's no biggy. I've already lost more than I had as my target. SO it's all good. We'll see.

    Frogga you do realise that those toffees dont have syns in them just as all the fruit pastilles I eat while sat beside Mums hospital bed dont have syns either :p
    Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

    Morning everyone - ok last week of the Autumn challenge, and I have lost 2lbs this week so feeling pleased as I had a few days of being pigged off with food which sometimes results in a sugar binge, but I managed to get through on jelly and mullers. And a few hob nobs at work. Grr.

    6 Week Awesome in Autumn Challenge Day 36 Week 6 (Week 6already!)

    Monday 14th October

    So here we go, last week. I am not weighing in this morning. I should be. But I was a pig again last night. Was great all day, then just lost it in the evening, after about 8pm, even tried brushing my teeth but I didn't resist the calling of that flipping toad :(

    Never mind, I'm putting it behind me, and may I suggest anyone else who had him visit do the same?

    There's the line, that's it. I shall not weigh as I know I won't like what it says, and I don't want anything knocking my resolve for this week.

    One more week, we could make a good dent in our weigh in the next 7 days. Just 7 days, we can all be good for 7 days. Just 7 more, and then we can add up how much we all lost. And even if it's just 1lb, then it's a victory :T

    I have had a mixed weekend on the whole been quite good but having some junk in evening I think it's cold dark weather and the sugar free jelly does not cut it for me in this weather may possibly attack the autumn magazine booklet recipes

  • weigh in today 3 lbs lost. so if i lose 3lb next week that 1 stone lost in a month wow wow i say.
    sw start date 23/09/2013 4 st 8 pounds to go....as of 21/10/13 not 3 stone 7 to go for first target. updated 18/11/13 now 2 stone 10lbs to go to first target.

    Morning All,

    Frogga we are in the same boat I had a binge last night too and my weekend didn't go at all to plan food wise.

    No excuse but there is things going on at home and I felt down, fed up and like stuffing my face. The crisps and bread came out big time!!

    I have sort of lost all motivation but trying to cling on for dear life.

    I'll be really annoyed with myself if I give up now. But also really annoyed with myself for hardly losing anything the last few weeks as I should be so much further on.

    Anyway trying to remotivate myself here.
