Day 1 back on track, and my menu for the day looks like this:
B- Muller Light yog, 2 satsumas
L- Mug shot, sliced ham, cucumber, tomatoes and lettuce with f/free dressing, grapes, nectarine.
D - Paprika Pork, peppers, tomatoes, oncions, spoonful rice, 2 x kiwi, rasps, and blueberries with f/free yougurt and Options (2)
My HE's are minibabybel, and a special k bar which I have just snacked on as now is my munchie time.

Thanks all for the welcome backs!

Hi to all of the newbies, loads of good tips on here.

Oh and belated congrats to Nessie, I maybe biased but I think you have chosen the nicest name in the world!! :D Hope you're taking care of yourself as it sounds like you had a rough time, I admire you for getting back to group even if it was to show of bubs!

Hugs to those that need it, seems to be quite a bit going on.

Oh Blimey Catt I am sorry, I feel very responsible. Just tell him to
p1$$ off! Just get cross, show him your claws, take no nonsense, for God sake you are a Catt, if you have to, just eat him!

I think I've eaten several of him this week :o

Don't plan on being too bad over the weekend as I've got a manic one & probably won't get time, then next week we're away but sure I'll be back on it, feeling guilty & trying to undo several mince pies, a pack of mini rolls, white bread crisp & mayo sandwiches, 1 takeaway, 2 pizzas, 1 garlic baguette, half a chocolate orange, a handful of pringles, 4 donuts, a walnut whip, a large tub of double cream & probably more that I've 'forgotten' about..... :o good thing I don't drink! :rotfl:

    OMG!!

Is this your plan for the week away or what you've had so far??? Whatever, it's definitely a need to go flexi, draw frogga's famous line and get right back on that wagon!!:D Shout if you need help.:)

Yesterday I was reading an OS thread about 'waste not want not' and there was something about using up potato skins. So yesterday I kept the potato peelings when I made mash. Peeled them generously with a knife and kept them overnight in water in the fridge. Tonight I drained and dried them on tea towel, sprinkled with paprika and salt, sprayed with frylight and cooked when the oven was on for supper. Very yummy!!! I just gobbled them down when I was cooking and they were better hot than cold but would be a lovely snack with a dip.
