    Evening all :)
I forced myself out for a walk after a couple of paracetamol and it seemed to ease the pain - I managed 2.5 miles in total. I'm pretty pleased - lost half a pound taking me to 16 straight which is now a total 3 stone weight loss for me in more or less the 5 month anniversary of me starting to diet :j :j :j I'm also in for my gold Body Magic award when I come back from my week off next week :j :j
It's been a really tough week with me being so low this week. Last time I weighed myself I had gained 2.5 and was utterly convinced I had gained - it was a lovely surprise to see that I had in fact lost. I've spoken to my consultant and explained to her all about my illness and things and she was so lovely and so understanding - she said she would do anything I needed to help me and I've done so well in the circumstances. I almost burst into tears! But feeling so much better I've got it off my chest.
    Today's menu:
B: Beans and ham on HEXB Nimble toast, apple, cup of coffee with HEXA s/s milk
L: Mixed salad with ham, fat free vinegarette, banana, pint of NAS cordial with mineral water
Snack: 2 HiFi Rocky Roads at group (I know - 6 syns ) but I was hungry after my walk!!
T: Tesco Lighter Choices Mushroom Stroganoff, (9 syns but very lovely) steamed mixed veg, vanilla Mullerlight, NAS cordial with mineral water.
    Total syns: 15
    Night all xxx

:Tto everyone who's had a loss today big or small!

Agree about the Body Magic. As the weather gets worse it's important to get out and have a bit of fresh air and natural light. I'm certainly up for some walking.

Sorry to hear you've had a bad day tie. Hopefully the tests will show what's wrong.:)

    Hi Ladies,

I tried to do SW a number of years ago when the flexi plan was just coming in and it wasn't understood very well. I didn't succeed!! Thinking of giving it a go again at home as can't get to meetings with 2 small children. Have about 2 stones to I need to get rid of. Can anyone explain how the flexi works or point me in the right direction if there is already some info on this site?
    Thanks
  • Had a big breakdown down yesterday and panicked and wanted assorts of sweet stuff, at that point I would had ate anything. However I made the banoffee dessert on SW website then went for a walk. This worked and I stayed on track. This somehow is one of my triggers and need to learn from it.
sw start date 23/09/2013 4 st 8 pounds to go....as of 21/10/13 not 3 stone 7 to go for first target. updated 18/11/13 now 2 stone 10lbs to go to first target.

    Morning All,

Mrs Ryan & Take it Easy - hugs to you both:grouphug:
Sometimes life can seem like a bit of a struggle - that's where I have been the last month or so with various things. Keep plodding.

I'd two Hi Fi Bars yest as well - but were my HE.

So really eating out of the cupboards and freezer at the minute as the £ is very low this month. Cupboards need a major restocking though

    Menu for today

    B: Muller
L: Savoury rice with mixed veg, boiled egg and cheese (he)

D: SW Quiche & Heinz 5 Beans - Syns Squirt of Red Sauce & Cheese (5)

Trying to throw the green tea into me like nobody's business as have been quite dehydrated the last few weeks.

On a positive I can't wait until December to start getting the Xmas decorations out !:rotfl::dance:

Hi Lohman, I think you mean Extra Easy? I'll explain it here after my WI at group unless someone beats me to it in the meantime!! (my class has lots of children, so you could take them with you!) x
