Congratulations Nessie - she is absolutely beautiful :j

I am never online at the weekends and you lot can't half rabbit - I have just about caught up with all the posts.

Welcome to all the newbies, congrats to all those with losses & hugs to those that are struggling.

Shala, sorry to hear about your work problems - hope things improve for you - my weigh-in this week was -0.5lb

Oooo! thanks nessie, she's really lovely and sleeping too!:)

Brilliant losses so far. I know we'd all like a better loss every week than we get but please celebrate all losses.;)

I think the walking plan for over Christmas break is an excellent one lantanna. We tend to spend too much time indoors with the heating up high, eating and drinking far too much so fresh air and exercise is good.

denise, I always think the pork crackling is almost impossible to resist. Every time I do pork I struggle. I know I should throw it in the bin but it's sooo hard.

Back on plan for me today:

B: NAS Ribena, HEB toast, scrambled eggs, HEA milk for teas
L: vegetable soup or maybe just fruit
D: baked cod, new potatoes, cauli&broccoli cheese, green beans

Syns: squirt of sauce on eggs, cheese sauce

As I'm typing my dinner I'm changing my mind. I think I'll just do some tomatoes and mushrooms with the green beans. The cauli/broccoli can wait until tomorrow. I don't need the syns in cheese sauce this week.;)
what cheese sauce do you use?

Traditional HM: so cornflour/marg/milk/cheese and loads of syns!:o

I banned it when getting to target but it's one of the treats I introduced back onto the menu since.

Well done on the 5lb off Mildredd but sorry you're not well - Nessie something else to get used to is you will get ill every time they do! I've never had so many colds as I've had since my DD was born.

I'm not in the mood to eat, so Slimfast is doing me alright at the moment. I won't be on it for long, just to use it up - then I'll be glad to get back into eating on SW! DD's 2nd birthday today, so hubby home on a half day & going to see my parents for more pressies! She's been thoroughly spoilt.

    C xx

  • aww cute baby! x

I got to have cuddles with my friend's baby when she came & visited me at the funday I did on sunday :)
Did loads of networking & made a couple of sales. Could have done with a few more tho lol.
I was a good girl & resisted the cakes and sweets on other people's stalls :) Tho I did have an egg roll. Oh well. And I did fall off wagon the other day & eat just about everything in sight.
Seems to be a pattern for me: a week or 2 doing well, ablip then back to routine for a while then blip. I like to think of it as 'surprise metabolism shake ups' rather than 'diet balls ups'.
I'm happy today also as I put some of my jewellery into shop in downham on sat & they have just emailed me to say that I have had my first sale today :)
No idea on weight losses. might weigh myself at work next week :)
hope everyone is having a good day/week xx
oh if anyone lives around king's lynn/wisbech etc & they fancy something to do on the 19th I'm at a craft fair & you can come along & say hi/buy some lovely jewellery lol xxx
I'm cheeky yes I know. Today I am happy :) xxx back to being a miserable sod later in week no doubt xx
