Oooooo, lovely baby, congratulations, you must be thrilled.
I found WiFi here in holiday so quickly popping in to say hello.
I've been very, very bad, but have tried to eat as 'healthily' as possible. No fried or oily stuff, no desserts, no snacks.
We'll see next week what the impact has been.Trying to keep in budget.

You can have your HEXs any time you want, in meals or as snacks, it's just recommended that you have one of each a day on EE (or more on Green and Red).
Turned my meals around a bit today. I had my supper at lunchtime, syn free as plans changed. I'm not hungry yet and I'm going out soon so may not have any more meals. Maybe a banana?
Sorry to hear you're still under the weather skitcatt. Just how much Slimfast have you left?;)0 -

Hmm, hard to tell - probably less than a week's worth, but I know if I tried to do a week of Slimfast then I'd lose the plot & get too hungry & eat everything in sight
Just made the Veggie Campfire Casserole from the October magazine - Y U M M Y !Well worth my usual Linda McCartney sausages being substituted for the Quorn ones (which I usually hate as they're too dry) i do love the recipes in the magazines - just wish I had unlimited funds to make a different one a night!

Lovely baby piccie Nessie, could be the closeness of the photo but Rebecca looks a lot bigger than 8lb 5oz so bet that did sting abit :rotfl:
Mumsy update - was told she had pneumonia yesterday but today we insisted on seeing a dr and asked loads of questions. She doesn't have pneumonia but could possible be a clot on the lung. Barrage of tests tomorrow including scans and more blood tests. My conclusion is they don't have a scooby
Food has been ok even if I haven't, lots of tears this morning
