Just made a lovely syn free quorn cottage pie. went down very well with the family. Well Tomorrow is my second SW weight in. I lost 7bs last week and hoping for 3 this week. I have now stuck to a diet for a whole 2 weeks, go me.sw start date 23/09/2013 4 st 8 pounds to go....as of 21/10/13 not 3 stone 7 to go for first target. updated 18/11/13 now 2 stone 10lbs to go to first target.0

Just when I thought could not be any more of a muppet than have been today OH has just come in
Having the chicken from m and s you know the ones come in a tin foil tray they cook in a bag the rotisserie ones mentioned them a few times before re buy them when they in dine in for 2 for tenner well we had one in freezer
Well muppet apparently never took the plastic off so chicken in bag in tin foil was merrily cooking in oven in plastic wrapping
Only cos he was sorting out whole load of roast veg to go with it he noticed
So definitely a case of

I've been at the rugby today. The player I sponsor is injured at the
moment but I saw him today and he's written me a special message in a birthday card) he even put it in the envelope and sealed it up so I couldn't look at it till Friday
bless him he's such a sweetheart
Unfortunately we lost and we're now floundering at the bottom of the league
at this exact time last year we beat the team we played today 48-16 but today we lost 22-19

Rugby asideI've had quite a good day today.
B: Raspberries, strawberries, Apple, banana, vanilla Mullerlight, cup of coffee with HEXA semi-skimmed
L: 3 Ryvita Hint of Chilli (HEXB) 2 apples, banana, pack of ready salted Walkers French Fries (4 syns) Diet Coke
T: Roast chicken (minus skin) steamed carrots, cauli and broccoli, a bit of sage and onion stuffing (4.5) Aunt Bessie's roasties (2.5) a bit of extra light mayo (0.5) Turkish Delight Mullerlight, pint of NAS cordial with mineral water.
I'm off to force myself onto the torture implementanything to lose just 1 pound tomorrow!!!
