Just when I thought could not be any more of a muppet than have been today OH has just come in
Having the chicken from m and s you know the ones come in a tin foil tray they cook in a bag the rotisserie ones mentioned them a few times before re buy them when they in dine in for 2 for tenner well we had one in freezer
Well muppet apparently never took the plastic off so chicken in bag in tin foil was merrily cooking in oven in plastic wrapping
Only cos he was sorting out whole load of roast veg to go with it he noticed

    So definitely a case of
And tonight Matthew I'm going to be magicmuppet

Congratulations nessie, lovely name though sorry you had such a traumatic time over it all! My tiny 6lb 12oz baby is 2 years old tomorrow  I bet you've lost 19lbs ;)

Having a 'fry up' tonight as I'm running the freezers down - veg sausages, fried eggs, baked beans, mushrooms & tomato.

Glad it's all over for you nessie.:T great to hear that you and your little girl are safely home, happy and healthy.:)

magic, I've done similarly disastrous things cooking. Surely everyone's cooked a chicken/turkey with the plastic bag of giblets still inside.

Well we might as well 'cos you know I'll win anyway, but let's play the game so that people feel included, I'm guessing a 14lb loss :D
