Hi all
You are not going to believe this I have been a total muppet or eejit as we say in Ireland
Having roast chicken and loads of veg tonight no skin had weetabix this morning had a muller light
Anyway I bought 6 mugshots in morrisons yesterday at 50p each remembered being told it's the 1%and below that are the correct ones
Anyway just ate sweet and sour one and thought not bad actually quite tasty then I read it's double figure syns if you doing red day
Is there anyone there that can tell me how to minimise the damage am having roast chicken tonight and tonnes of veg but am. I right in saying as a mainly red day person mugshots are out I'd rather have used that number of syns on Freddos or curly wurlys
Is there a way of turning today into an EE which I have never done by the way
Thanks a million in advance magic bucks now known as magicmuppet0 -
Cor blimey you guys don't half natter!!!
I'm finally at home & with bean
Rebecca Leigh was born at 00:40 on 29th September by emergency cesearean weighing 8lbs 5oz
Brief labour story (if interested!)
Whole induction process was long & drawn out! Friday has 2 pessery's which done nothing, Saturday they broke waters in morning & I was @2cm put on hormone drip - got to max allowed by midwifes @ 3pm - docs gave go ahead to increase (midwife never seen that before!) & said if not @ 6cm by 11.30pm then c section - 11.30pm I was @ 3cm!
Spinal placed - didn't work! Local given - didn't work! So ended up under general! Lost over 1000ml blood!
Next couple days ok but then I developed fever & found I had UTI & infection of wound which made them keep me in extra long - had some awful side effects to antibiotics - puts dyno rod soup to shame! & the amount of water I've drunk - I'm surprised there is any left in the ocean!
So I spent a total of 8 days in hospital!
So glad to be back home - even if I do rattle with all the drugs they sent me home with!
So who won the sweepstake?
Will be popping into my SW group on Monday to show Rebecca off & to see how much I weigh now - I'm intrigued!0 -

you could easily change to EE even though you didnt eat superfrees with breakfast or with the mugshot just eat a bit more veg with your roast or some extra fruit for snacks. Some people do the superfree over the day as opposed to 1/3 of their plate each meal. So not a total loss and no you're not an eejit we've all done something similar at times :rotfl:Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
