Going for an EE day today. Haven't sorted the day completely but know what meals will be.
B - breakfast muffins - contains eggs, bacon, mushrooms, potato, onion & cottage cheese. Not made them before but got the recipe from group yesterday.
L - LO onion soup with HEB wm bread
D - oven baked fish and chips, peas, HM tartare sauce
HEA will be milk in tea
Snacks will be fruit and possibly more muffins
Not sure what syns I'll have but need to keep them low as DH gave me twice as much pudding as I'd planned so ended up having having 24 syns yesterday:(

Morning folks,
WI for me last night and wait for it drum roll please.............
0.5 lb off woo hoo :T
I am so so happy about this loss. Its not been a great week foodwise and normally when its PMT week I have a maintain or gain.
So anyway was delighted last night and it also took me to my 3 & a half stone certificate.
Very happy this morning - its Friday and now I can officially say I've lost 3 and a half stone and plod on to 4 stone.
I've half a stone off in four weeks doing this challenge so pleased about that as well. Can't wait to get started on the Christmas Challenge soon too
Good luck to all today0 -
Feeling awful this morning. Got a thic head & snotty nose & DD had been trying to get up since 5.20am & I couldn't get back to sleep so my eyes will barely stay open
Got a DVD on for DD & I'm slobbing on the couch, desperate for sleep!
B; not had any yet, possibly slimfast or cereal
L; depends what I feel like
D; curry's cooked by our neighbour - we can't get a babysitter so they're dragging the cooking over here for us to eat - hopefully won't be too bad, but not much I can do about it other than keep it low on quantity! Won't be drinking anything except Diet Dr Pepper.

Poor you - I was real bad with the cold last weekend and still not over it.
Not much food going on there though! Make sure you look after yourself - not preaching but whenever your not well you need some nutritious food - not slim fast. Still I know what it is like to not feel well enough to make it.
Big hugs and I hope you feel better soon!0 -
:T on your 3.5 stone award lantanna. I think it's a brilliant idea breaking it down into half stone milestones, much more manageable.
Sorry to hear you're poorly still skintcatt. I should just enjoy the curry and battle on. You're right that slimfast isn't ideal but it'll see you over this bad patch.
Glad you enjoyed your sandwich MrsR and that you're making progress on CBT. We all have our views on what it's worth using up syns for. If using yours for the sandwich stopped you going off the rails then that's great. The tiny few extras will be easily clawed back across the week.
Muffins sound yummy denise, let us know how you get on.
I'm a bit busy today and tomorrow so not sure where/when I'm going to fit in food shopping. I've taken a couple of chicken pieces out of freezer and can probably cobble a casserole together with a mixture of frozen/tinned veg for tonight. Lunch, I'll just take a banana out with me in my bag.
EE day:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB toast, baked beans, HEA milk for teas
L: bananachicken casserole (onions, carrots, mushrooms, leeks and butter beans) with new potatoes.
Syns: tbsp. of cornflour in sauce, weekend wine (although I'm trying to go easy after midweek blip).0 -

Just looked a the funds for the rest of the month and things are going to be very very tight!
- due to a couple of compulsory spends this month.
Will have to meal plan like mad - try and go easy on the meat and up the veg which wont do me any harm although I feel that what I eat gets very repetitive.
Anyway tonight I will be having SW Chilli with Brocolli & SW Chips - the chilli is already made.0 -

Have you tried any A Girl Called Jack recipes? They saved me a fortune last month & was fun trying them & they were mostly SW friendly with a few tweaks.0
