    Fruball- are you following ee?
Each meal is meant to have 1/3 super free food with it? So although a mugshot is free you should have fruit or veg with it? Same with your hifi bar breakfast
Doesn't look like your eating very much there but it could be that I'm a pig who eats loads xxx

I love posts that start 'I have been good today....':D

BUT I have to agree with mildredd and my first thought was 'not enough food'. I suppose as you've eaten so little then your fruit does balance off the free food. I'll let you off though if you're not feeling too good.:)

Off to WI in an hour. Need to plan my wardrobe;) I remember the conversation about leggings. I don't own any as I couldn't envisage when I'd wear them when opaques wouldn't be a better option. How do others wear them??

Are the Special K biscuits low syn or a cheeky hex??

Mildredd, I wish you hadn't asked; they are 5 syns per pack of two, and gone in a flash. Or a gulp.

BTW I am a leggings girl, I feel they are a little more forgiving than opaques although there's not much in it, really.

Jeans girl here too, though I'd love to wear dresses/tunics & leggings though I have a strange body & dresses don't suit me either :o Maybe when I'm 6 stone lighter.... lol

Been bad. Avoided the Krispy Kremes, but bought some treacle waffles for hubby... but I've eaten them all as he's not home yet :(

    Ah well.

Well, somehow, I got to the end of the day without any slip ups.
Dinner was fine, finished off my HEA in a milky coffee and went out to a meeting.
So now, I still have 8 syns to go and a HEB. Think I'll have a cup of tea and go to bed!
    Trying to keep in budget.

:wave:Sounds to me if the soup was not absolutely syn free. The skin is likely to have had some fat in it but hopefully not too much. next time I'd just use a stock cube.

The Aldi tomatoes are likely to be free so the Bolognese sounds fine, assuming extra lean mince.

Keep sticking to the plan, maybe you'll get a big loss next week to make up for this week's gain.

marco, the plan is intended to have syns. I know you want to do well but do try to have some. You're OK with your 12 Mrs R, you must be hungry too with all your exercise.

beanie, it's OK to feel hungry as long as you eat the right things.

    Sleep well all.:)

Thanks maman, will do that. On the plus side, the cat enjoyed the skin as a treat:)
