    Mmmm, that sound delicious lantanna!

I had smoked trout filet for breakfast followed by a nectarine.
HEA milk for teas and coffee.

Lunch is lentil Dahl and green beans (2 syns for mango chutney)
    Snacks: Plums, apple, nectarine.
Dinner: veal, courgettes, mushrooms, broccoli, potato.

HEB - no ideas for that one at all yet.

Syns: I think I might have bit of chocolate later as a treat.

It's great coming on here and posting - really makes me want to stick to the plan and watch what I am eating.
    Trying to keep in budget.

Thank you. I have decided to keep to 5-6 sins a day. This will allow me some leeway if I make any mistakes. x

That sounds like a good plan. Enjoy them!

Totally agree gien, it's friendly and helpful but I find it makes me sort my plan for the day and stick to it!

I have to confess that I have a tiny bit of chocolate most nights. DH has this idea that dark chocolate is good for his health.;) So most evenings he has a little bar (40g) of 70% and I eat one square (10g max?). We don't do puddings (just massive single portions:D) so that just rounds things off nicely for us but they are syns I don't account for.:o

Thanks for the recipe lantanna. I do make homemade burgers but the tip about putting them in the oven is really useful.I generally have them with SW chips or wedges so the oven is on anyway.

    Today's plan:
B: NAS Ribena, fried egg, HEB toast, mushrooms, HEA mi8lk with teas
L: apples? (late breakfast so doubt I'll want much more)
D: sausage, mash, onions, cabbage, red cabbage, peas, carrots

Syns: gravy, 1 syn for the sausages

I'll be missing tomorrow's WI as a meeting has cropped up. I think I'll go to one this evening, probably just weigh and go. I'm hopeful to have lost a little or at least maintained as it's 5.30 p.m. and way before my supper time!

Well today isn't really going as planned!

B; couldn't decide what to have so didn't have anything! :o
L; took some SW arribiata sauce out of freezer, then discovered when it was on the pasta that it was just plain leftover passata, so just threw some chilli flakes in! :/
D; quorn meatballs & pasta with tom sauce.

Can you tell I didn't plan very well! Similar meals for lunch & dinner. Also going shopping without DD this afternoon which means resisting the cafes & krispy creme donut counter....

Did you put milk in it? That can make it scrambly.

I had poached egg with a dry piece of nimble toast, bit sick of fruit and yogurt, but it was horrible and just lay in my stomach like a big blob making me feel ill. So I had cup of tea and Special K biscuit moments - anyone tried them yet? Half price at Mr Ts, btw - but that has just set me up for a sweetie binge. HELP!

Inazuma step away from the sweeties?
Sugar free jelly may be a good alternative?

Nope it all stuck to the pan so when I tried to turn it over it went to scrambled egg consistency ;( I actually can't make omelettes so don't know why I tried one today duh :(

Are the Special K biscuits low syn or a cheeky hex??

Ryvita minis are £1 in morrisons and a bag is hexb - although hexb says 30g the bags are 24g x but there a good crispy crunch alternative

Thank you. I like sweet and sour so may try this soon. Thanks for saying about the diet coke. I thought you might need the proper coke for the sweetness. I think I did this a few years ago with gammon and it was lovely but must try it with the diet coke.

Have been sticking to plan since I got back from holiday and my trousers certainly feel looser! Jumped on the scales this morning and looks as though I've lost a couple of pounds, will find out for sure tomorrow morning.

B - bacon sandwich (HEB) with lettuce (didn't have any tomatoes left)
    S - banana
L - herb omlette with green salad, pickled beetroot, pickled onions
D - 2 Light Choices cumberland sausages (1 syn), mash (butter 2 syns), cabbage, spinach

HEA - milk in teas plus a little in mash

    Syns - 3 + 2 for bread as used 800g loaf not 400g loaf
