Anyone know how many syns would a normal yogurt be?

    100g has 104 cals, 2.8g fat, 13g sugar?

If you go on the 20 cals to 1 syn it's about 5. Hope that helps :D

To work it out on the SW website I need the Protein per 100g, carbs per 100g, fat per 100g and the portion size in g.

Talking of yogurt I have just tried the new Muller light greek style toffee one. Pretty good for 1/2 syn. Still think the coconut one is my favourite though.

I tried the greek style mullers but I thought they tasted about the same as the normal ones and those are bigger and free! Mind you, half a syn isn't much.

    Today

B hifi light 3 syns, half banana (shared with DD)
L ryvita with houmous (3 syns)
D 1/2 syn sausages x 3, mash (3 syns), French beans, baked beans, mushrooms and broccoli

    Hea - milk in tea
    Heb - ryvita

    Snacks - banana, Satsuma
Syns not mentioned above - 2 sugars in tea

    TOTAL 12.5 syns

Hi fruball, glad you called by. I'm a bit like you and often have to have masses of SF for supper to catch up. Only thing that confuses me is the 3 syns for mash. Did you put butter in it?

gien, it's harder to find out syns from all the ingredients but I'm sure we can if you gave all the info. As you're not living in UK is you probably have different brands to here.

lantanna, what's Big Mac in a bowl? I hope it's something you're going to make and not something naughty?;)
