Hi fruball, glad you called by. I'm a bit like you and often have to have masses of SF for supper to catch up. Only thing that confuses me is the 3 syns for mash. Did you put butter in it?
gien, it's harder to find out syns from all the ingredients but I'm sure we can if you gave all the info. As you're not living in UK is you probably have different brands to here.
lantanna, what's Big Mac in a bowl? I hope it's something you're going to make and not something naughty?;)
It was lazy shop bought prepared mashVery naughty of me but I love it. Usually use instant mash as I cba with all of that peeling etc but even then I do use a bit of butter. (I am also on the sloblady thread in OS
)
Big Mac in a bowl.... I have heard of it and it sounds gorgeous. I will let lantanna tell you all about it
Gien - the syns calculator online will work it out but I need the protein in g and the carbs in g plus the portion size.0 -
Can anyone help me. I have been online on the site but I can not find Ben and Jerry ice cream. I had a little tub at the cinema and don't know how many sins were in it. Thank you in advance. XSealed Pot Challenge 1441

I should have said it was Caramel chew chew. I started back at class today. I have a stone to get rid off but felt really charged up when our leader said that with 12 weeks to go to Christmas we could easily take off two stones. My ice cream is my only treat this week as I am going to try and not use any more sins to try to get a good start. Thanks again.Sealed Pot Challenge 1441

Thanks folks! I've thrown away the pot away now but I'll take it as 6 to be on the safe side.
Next time I'll remember to list out all the nutrition info.
I ate 15g of cheese as I didn't use all the milk in tea or coffee but still haven't had a HEB, I can't even think what they are beyond WM bread and cereal, neither of which I want right now. I think I've had enough fibre with all the veg and pulses I've eaten though.
What's so good is that I haven't scoffed any sweet treats 'just because they are there', which must be helping.
No alcohol either!Trying to keep in budget.

Just wanted to pop in and say Hi to all the newbies and well done to all the losers :T
Have had some nice healthy meals today - banana and bran flakes for brekkie, rice salad, green salad and chicken lunch with 2 fish in butter sauce (3 syns) with slimming world chips and loads of veggies for tea (i'm from up north so I say tea instead of dinner!)
but then gone a bit mad with the extra's! nice cream biccy - 3 syns, options white hot choc, 2 syns and a hobnobs medley cereal bar - 6 syns so now upto 14 syns for the day- am going to do my nails so I can't go back to the biccy tin!!
I am having a really hungry day, I blame the gym!
not holding out much hope for my weigh in on Sat morning if I carry on like this0
