I read back frogga and I actually said I was conscious you were eating less. So, not concerned but pleased for you. You are coming across as much more in control of your eating. Long may it continue!:T

    More good losses:D

Hi Maman, that'll teach me not to read properly ;) Thanks for your support as ever. I am in control at the moment, but I'm trying not to get too cocky about it, as that's when it all falls apart. The minute I think I've got the problem licked...

SO here we go again ~

    Morning All,

Think I may succumb to a bit of pmt bloating this week :(

Its miserable outside. I'm off tonight to try and get a nice pair of winter boots.

Weighed myself last night (which I know is wrong) and I've 4 lbs on since last thurs:eek:

Unfortunately my scales are the same as the ones in group.

Not sure 4 lbs will disappear by thurs so I'm sure I'm set for a gain this week.

    Anyway the positives.

I've at least a stone to kill for xmas - maybe more and I'm going to do it.

I'm also in a top today that hasn't fitted me since 2009:rotfl:

Pray foe me this morning please peeps!! I know I won't have hit my Club10 target which I've been so near to for about 6 weeks now. Going to weigh & go I think as I've got a headache & just want to sleep (chance would be a fine thing with dd!) :)

I know you wanted more but 1.5lbs is not to be sniffed at. Most of us would love a loss, any loss!!:D

lantanna, if it is PMT causing your gain, you should get a bigger loss the following week. It happens, just keep sticking to the plan.:)

It's grey and miserable here today too. I'm going to make a cottage pie for supper and one for the freezer. Can't beat a bit of old-fashioned comfort food. I'm going to go easy on the milk in teas today as I like a bit of grated cheese on top of the mash.

    EE day planned:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB toast, baked beans, HEA milk for teas
L: not sure yet, maybe fruit or HM vegetable soup, depends how hungry I feel.
D: cottage pie (including onions, carrots, mushrooms and peas), cauli and broccoli

    Syns: cornflour to thicken gravy

This happened to me too sukey. I got so used to eating SW that I kept falling below target range, even had a to pay a couple of times. Did you get the little booklet about how to maintain? I must admit I've never read it properly but the gist of it is to have extra HEXs. Personally I'd rather have extra treats. Friends told me to stuff my face with wine and cheese!:rotfl:It's a constant balancing act.

No Maman, because I never attended a group I didn't get the booklet - I gathered from reading on our lovely thread that I should up my HEX's to maintain but even though I have been doing that (2 of each of EE) I still seem to be losing. I do also have a few extra treats now and then but not on a regular basis. I think I am too scared to up the HEX's anymore as I am worried that I will start to put on weight again :(. I do need to do something as nearly all my size 10 clothes are now too big and I can't afford to buy another wardrobe in a size 8 . I have never been this small in my adult life.

Frogga - it sounds like you really have things under control - your attitude towards food seems to have changed in the last few weeks - you are in control of it rather than it being in control of you - well done :T

Takeiteazy - I wish I had a teacher with purple hair when I was at school - I bet the kids all think it is cool

Have a good day all :)
