Evening All,
Some amazing losses on here again, 7lb was fantastic! WOW!
I'm concerned that you're concerned Maman :D It's lovely that you noticed my menu was less, but are you concerned in a good way? Are you saying it's a good thing that I'm eating less? Or are you worried that it's not a good idea?

I've been eating far less fruit, and now I'm back at school I often don't get time for snack, especially if I'm on duty at breaktime and then back in the classroom. I have really noticed that I'm not as hungry as before, and I don't constantly think about the next meal.
We had tea at 7pm tonight for reasons that I won't bore anyone with, and that would usually really unnerve me, but I was ok with it.

You're right, sometimes, actually many times, I have not needed my evening chocolate. I've always got a bar in the fridge waiting, and if I want it, then I have it, but sometimes I feel I can manage without it.

I know it can all very easily fall apart, but I do feel in control at the moment. And my eating less is nowhere near starvation I absolutely promise. I know when I think I'm going into starvation mode and I don't feel like that at all. But I will watch myself ;)

I had noticed you having less snacks too but I just presumed it was because of being in a school means you are rammed for time :)
Now I'm at home more I spend more time perusing the fridge and cupboards out of boredom - hence my increase in being out the house this week

Today's syns - 0 zero big fat zero that's 15 banked for the weekend :)

I may have mentioned [once or twice :D] that my fav colour is purple and I have purple hair. I was letting it fade but as I went to party on Saturday I redid it. Today we had school photos and all staff had to have them done too as new school so new staff information board. Now my photo will be me with purple hair so does that mean I will have to have purple hair until I retire in case no-one recognises me without it? Fine by me :rotfl:. Purple hair AND getting all the kids to sing The Unicorn Song by the Brobdingnagian Bards

I often feel really guilty that I don't reply to every post. I just don't have time. I'd be on here for ages, and work is so busy at the moment, by the time I get home I just can't spend ages on here replying. SO I want to make it clear that I value each and everyone one of you on here, and your stories, your encouragement, and your support are what keep me going. Thank you all very very much. From the bottom of my pond :A

Have a good weekend you lovely girls x
Frogga - thanks for putting this so perfectly. I too don't have time to reply to all but love to read them.

Maintained this week.

Thanks
