Mrs Ryan 12 syns isn't a naughty day?!
    Happy anniversary!

Thank you :) its actually next month but we're having the meal early as I've just been paid and can afford it now :D It's a double celebration really because its my birthday on the 11th of October but I'm at my Mum's then.

I felt like it was naughty because I didn't eat much for most of Thursday. I ate my breakfast early but ate nothing more till 4.30. And the cake bar was naughty but it was yummy :)

That's not naughty at all Mrs R.

I'm delighted to hear you're having such a great time with your clothes shopping and your planned meal out.

All you're really doing is saving syns for special events. No problem with that.

I still think having spread with spaghetti on toast is a waste of syns though!;):D

    Enjoy your weekend.:)

6 Week Awesome in Autumn Challenge Day 20 Week 3

    Saturday 28th September

Good Morning Campers :T Hope everyone is on top form this morning :D

Maman you made me laugh talking about oyu car. Sounds as if you've had some right old bangers like me :D Tadpole will get over it. She HATED the car at the start because it was so different to the one she learned in, but she had just got used to it. She had started going out and 'having a life' and now that's gone.

Mr Frog said it has seized so it will need scrapping, or a new engine. Costly, and a lot of work for Mr Frog who is not well. Poor old Tadpole feels sad and guilty. Ah, could be worse, alot worse.

Some more great losses this week. Two more days to go for me. I feel so much thinner. I really do. I just hope the scales agree.

A final thought. I often feel really guilty that I don't reply to every post. I just don't have time. I'd be on here for ages, and work is so busy at the moment, by the time I get home I just can't spend ages on here replying. SO I want to make it clear that I value each and everyone one of you on here, and your stories, your encouragement, and your support are what keep me going. Thank you all very very much. From the bottom of my pond :A

Have a good weekend you lovely girls x

Have a good night's sleep tie.:) End of a hard week for you, hope you can get a bit of a break over the weekend.

I'm thinking that although I don't actually use MFP that on the days I've been out for a flexi lunch that I haven't had wanted any other meals that day so that may be helping.

And do you really put sprouts in stew?:eek:_pale_

:T tracy on your loss and your amazing willpower with the garlic bread!

Thanks Maman, didn't sleep that well as needed loo at 3am them hubby up before 5 to go to work then son up at 7ish as his body clock still on work time. So up early myself :(. Have a party to go to tonight for sons godparents 25th engagement anniversary. Only going cos we have to take my mum as it's her step son too. Trouble is stupid pillock hasn't told anyone what time and isn't answering any messages. May not be going anywhere then :D.
Only put the sprouts in as there was a few hanging around, probably why mr Tie was a tad windy early this morning :rotfl:.

Frogga I agree with the replying to all comment, I'm usually too tired so just wish all losers a great big :T and all in need a big :grouphug: am thinking of you all :A
Have a good weekend all :A

    Hello Everyone,

I have just worked out that it's almost 12 weeks to Christmas and I need to loose 24 pounds to get to a good BMI, so I have decided that I should try and challenge myself to get there by the start of our Christmas hols (12 weeks today!).

I've done SW before and think it's excellent, so I am putting myself back on plan, with a determined head, fresh fruit and veg and a bottle of fry light at the ready!

Here is what I have planned for the next 3 days, please let me know you spot something not right.

    Saturday:
B: Scrambled egg, ham, mushrooms and tomatoes
L: Veg soup plus cheese and WM bread (HEA and B)
D: Fish of some sort with vegetables and a few new potatoes.
    Syns glass of wine,

    Sunday:

B: Figs, total 0% yogurt, honey (1 syn)
L: Roast leg of lamb, potatoes and veg, I will have 1 yorkshire pudding. Fruit for dessert
    D: Soup.

    Monday:
    B: Boiled eggs
L: Lentil Dahl and green beans. yogurt and fruit
    D:Salmon and rice and veg.

Right, off to get in the supplies
    Trying to keep in budget.

:wave:hi gien, good to see you on here.

All I'd say about your menu is that it's very low on syns, especially on Monday. Of course you may be saving syns like I do.;) but don't deprive yourself otherwise you might give up.

I'm having quite a few syns today as it's the weekend but back on my almost syn free wagon on Monday.

    Today's plan:
B: NAS squash, HEB toast, baked beans, HEA milk for teas
    L: bubble&squeak from LO veg
D: chicken stir fry, boiled rice
Syns: spring roll with hot chilli sauce, weekend wine:j

    Happy Saturday all!

Hope everyone is enjoying the weekend. Frogga I echo what you say, I try and remember what people have posted so I can reply individually but it is impossible as I have a memory like a sieve!

I may not be doing as well as I expected in our 6 week countdown, but I am hand on heart chuffed for every single one of you when you report of a loss. It will be interesting to see after the 6 weeks what we have all lost as a group ( hopefully I will be able to contribute to this at some point :o) but I bet its good total.

Well done Shelly on your loss!

Mrs Ryan, you sound like you are doing a fab job at sticking to plan, you sound so organised. I hope you enjoy your meal out.

I'm still on plan, had 2 syns yesterday, so I can kick back tonight with my cider whilst watching strictly. I know cider is high syned and I could probably get away with having something else but I really fancy one! Was on the treadmill again last night, I didn't find it so tough last night. I will have a rest this evening and then complete my week 2 to Downtown Abbey tomorrow!

I made the tomato soup out of the magazine - recipe inlet yesterday, it's ok, but I was expecting better. I can't remember who else said they had made it or was making it but I'd be interested to hear how they found it. I really do think Im doing something wrong with all of these receipes.

    Have a good day all!

Happy weekend all! I'm dosed with the cold and struggling to function lol.:rotfl:

Mrs Ryan - I went out yesterday and got myself some new bits and pieces for work as well as I have hardly anything that fits!

I seem to have loads of t shirts and nothing else! I will need new jeans very soon.

Went out and got two jumpers and a couple of cardigans and tops. Trousers are the things that I seem to be having real trouble with. One minute they are too tight - the next too big. I am so pleased to report I tried on a pair of Size 16 in Dunnes and they were too big! So I tried the 14 and a little tight but I thought I may as well buy them at £9 hopefully they will do me in a couple of weeks. Spent my money wisely as it is the end of the month and all that but still skinto now until Thursday.

Just back from a walk to the Fruit & Veg Shop were I got plenty of veg to make up some lovely stew.

This will do me for dinner tomorrow and lunches Mon & Tues. My goodness though my cupboards are bare! Also went into Asda and got a number of their Smart price tinned veg to keep me going. Have some meat in the Freezer so I'll not starve and plenty of eggs etc.

Not sure if I'll be having my usual Gin syns tonight or not as I feel rotten with this cold. Did get a little treat sized flake for later though : ) 4 syns.

Dinner is out at the parents house and is going to be Gammon, veg and baked potato.

    Enjoy your weekend all

Total challenge weight loss so far is 39.5 (2 stone 11.5) :j well done everyone - i'm letting the side down somewhat so I definitely need to pull my socks up!

Really struggling to get in the right head space at the minute but I know I have to lose a stone before xmas, otherwise i'll be another stone heavier next year after "enjoying" the xmas festivities :(
