Hiya all :) had a lovely time! I wore my new size 18 dress and was shocked at how small my waist looked in it (but that could be down to the amount of control underwear I was wearing :rotfl:) I was quite sensible - only had a couple of drinks because for some reason I had an absolutely raging headache towards the end of the night.. still, it stopped me racking up a massive syn excess so I should be grateful for small mercies I suppose :rotfl:

    So Saturday's menu:
B: Grilled lean bacon sandwich, made with HEXB bread, and 2 syns on Flora Light, cuppa tea with HEXA semi skimmed.
L: Sweet and Sour Mugshot, 2 apples, orange, some lean ham
    Then my meal out was:
Lamb Rogan Josh (this was absolutely beautiful, we went to 4550 Miles from Delhi in Nottingham and it was the best curry I've ever tasted. OH and I went there on our 3rd date when it had just opened so we decided to go back for our anniversary this year) 6.5 syns
    Plain boiled rice (free)
Mixed salad (superfree and very nice it was! It said a green salad on the menu but when it came it was a colourful salad, beautifully presented, no dressing but a wedge of fresh lemon which I squeezed over it)
Coffee with milk (used HEXB allowance)
And a big treat for me - a glass of champagne ;) (4 syns) then we went to a bar and I had 2 vodka and diet cokes (8 syns in total) and 2 normal diet cokes. So total for today 20 syns. I think that was pretty good! I stuck pretty much rigidly to what I had planned and it worked well.
Im shattered so its off to bed for me now!
    Night all xxx

6 Week Awesome in Autumn Challenge Day 21 Week 3

    Sunday 22nd September

    Morning All

Last day of week 3, which means nearly at Week 4! If anyone needs to redouble their efforts, maybe tomorrow morning would be a good time?

Poor old Mr Frog was outside in the cold all day trying to fix Tadpole 1's car. He got so far and then got stumped by a bolt that wouldn't come off  But he's gonna be out there again as soon as it's light. I feel I chose well for a father for my Tadpoles ;)

    Have a good day all

Just 0.5lb off for me this week, better than nothing I suppose. I was on track yesterday until OH went out for the evening and I realised there were sweets in the cupboard:o

So today I'm going to plan my menu, is this right for an EE?

Brunch - ploughman type thing - apple, cheese(hea), ham, beetroot, pickled onion, ryvita (heb)
Tea - lamb shank, potato, carrots and broccoli, mint sauce (2)
    Snacks - crisps (4) banana

    And NO sweets :D

If I need a snack later on what would be a free snack?? I'll be having tea about 4.30 so I might need something about 8-9..

    Helllpppppp...

Shala, how about a sugar free jelly? I think they are 0.5 syn but being 10 calories they are nearly free. Or there's always good old ff yogurt. Or both!Have a great day anyway, your EE menu looks fine, make sure you have lots of fruit and veg tho'.

Jelly!! Why didn't I think of that!?

    Thanks Inazuma x

I'm going to make up some jelly with fat free yogurt and water yum!

Oh e.t.a. I think I'll be fine on the fruit and veg point, the majority of my plate will be carrots on my tea :rotfl: I love them with mint sauce... Best dinner ever!
