Happy Sunday one and all
Well done Shala on the lossa loss is a loss
What crisps are you having for 4syns?
I love mint sauce actually love it - sugar free mint sauce is free
Hey Mildredd, i'm having hoops and crosses today, the prawn cocktail ones are 4 syns (although I've managed not to have them so far!!) but I think French fries are about 4 syns too.
OH has decided to have tea later so we'll be having it after 7 :j which means I probably won't need a snack after all.. I have just snaffled some carrots whilst preparing them for tea though :A
I've decided I need to prepare more and that should get me through the days easier.. i'm just cooking a nice carrot and almond pilaf that I can take to work tomorrow and freeze some for other lunches, it's 10 syns for the whole recipe but I've done half and it should be 3-4 lunches easy so about 1.5 syns per portion!
Then i'm going to sit and go through some recipes and decide a meal plan for the rest of the week!
Sorry to bore you all but I need to try and motivate myself into completing at least one day this week..Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -

Don't worry, we can help with ideas.:)
If you join a group you'll get a book with a week's sample menu. There's also one (along with loads of recipes) in the SW magazine and if you go to the SW site there's a 7 day menu there too. So that's plenty to get you started!
Your night out sounded great MrsRyan and surprisingly low syn. Hope the headache's gone.
Shala, at least your weight is going down. Don't scoff at it, in fact just don't scoff!!;)
Talking of mint sauce, it makes a nice dip with FF yogurt. You can add onion and cucumber if you want. it's sort of like raita.
I'm doing OK today. My EE Menu:
B: NAS Ribena, 2 boiled eggs, HEB toast, HEA milk for teas
L: HM vegetable soupchicken pieces roasted with onions, garlic, tomatoes and mushrooms with wedges and cauli/broccoli cheese
Syns: cheese sauce, weekend wine;)0 -
My planning tis all to pot.

Currently debating what to do today might go for a nice long walk into town although I do want to go to the city to get the last Xmas bits I want for dd. might see how the next hour pans out
Now come on beanie. If mildredd can get her Christmas shopping done in September I'm sure we can organise a week's meals!;) What about looking on the SW website or through your books or old magazines. Or try googling SW meals or look at cookery books. Or you could look at other people's meal plans on the OS board and adapt things. . Frylight is a wonderful thing!0 -
