No worries on the pineapple - it's a very nice smell!

Someone. took. your. scales? What?!

    C xx

Funnily enough, we had SW spag bol yesterday and I grated the heel of a bit of parmesan from the fridge and put it in a bowl on the table. It's amazing how 'light' it is when grated and I reckoned what I needed on my meal was well within my HEA (I'd been out all day so used hardly any for milk with teas). What was left I've frozen for adding to cauli cheese as it's got a lot of taste for very little grams.
  • Maman I reckon you could have a decent cheese toastie with half the hexa allowance :)
Might treat myself to one on Monday x
Grating cheese is definitely the best option

Ah sorry about him :o Jeez - are you on your own now? I would have been sectioned months ago if my dd hadn't slept but it was all down to me! In fact I think we were both nearly there just before she decided that waking every hour wasn't necessary! Massive respect :T
