Have popped on to avoid eating :o Tadpole 1's car broke down on her way home from school. On a very busy road, in the middle of town. She was in floods of tears. I was stuck at work and couldn't 'save' her. My Mum was very nearby so took her home.

I just feel very stressed as I'm worried about Tadpole, think the car is broken as I think the engine has seized, worried about the money implications, worried about the extra worry for Mr Frog. Oh flip life is never easy. And I'd really like to make myself feel better by eating. But I know , I know, it won't help in the end...

Sorry t hear about Tadpole, Frogga - the only thing I hate about cars is how much they cost!

Who the hell mentioned pineapple - I can now smell it very strongly even though I know there's none in the house. Could be worse, I could be smelling toast

    B; fruit salad & yoghurt
    L; syn free tom soup
D; gammon, courgette, wedges & egg

I've done a terrible thing people - I've put my scales away! :o I've gone from weighing myself at least 4 times a day to only remembering once so far - hoping it'll help my SW journey as I won't know what's happening, so I'll have to be 'good' all the time!

Putting the scales away is a good idea, not a terrible thing. They only bring you misery :)

The farmer is harvesting his onions. The farm hand went round the country lane too quick and he dropped LOADS! Tadpole 2 and I are going back up the lane with carrier bags :j

Reckon I'll be asking for onion recipes later. Do you need French Onions to do French Onion soup? Or will English ones do?
