A lot of people still do. I know I do (sometimes :o ) old habits die hard & it still makes sense. I'm sure it's what naturally slim/non dieters do - cut back on some days to enjoy others!

Well done frogga!! we ll c how I get on the next three weeks. Think this week was just a fluke but still im not complaining at lol. Im just so happy as I can see that getting to target just might happen. I was 16.13 when I started so it didnt seem doable then now at 13.6.5 my target of 10.7 seems like ill do it now. I hope this provides some encouragement to all. I struggle, moan and groan , have bad days, hit the bread , chinese and alcohol on occasion and im still managing to get there lol. Thanks so much to all on this board for keeping each other going. We might laugh or cry but we can do this one day at a time ;-)

Well done Lantanna - such a motivating post. I'm a noey moo and love hearing how far people have come and you're doing so well. :T
  • Well done everyone on your losses. Has anyone got a tasty recipe for Minestrone soup? Thanks in advance.

  • Evening all!

WI for me and I put on another 1.5lbs. I really am not too bothered, Im proud that I went to group at all as was so tempted to just skip it.

So I have sat down with my book and planned my meals for the week, making sure |I have a few treats along the way, if I stick to plan tomorrow I am allowing myself a cider on Saturday. This weeks menu consists of mainly soups with lots of fruit. I really want to get a loss this next week. So far in this challenge I have only lost 1lb and put on 3lb. I wouldn't care but I feel a bit silly setting my target at 14lbs, I'll be lucky to lose 4lb. Hey ho. Im not going to get down about it. I am more determined then I have been for a few weeks now.

Well done on resisting Frogga, my mums cheese scones get me every time, so I know how hard it is to say no. So give yourself a pat on the back!

I'd like to add that I too would be up for another challenge after this one, I know I haven't done fantastic but I have enjoyed taking part and seeing how everyone else is doing in their journey. I've never really been one for posting on forums like this, but I really am bothered to know how everyone is doing. I feel I'm lucky as I have 2 SW groups one in real life and one here.

Good luck to anyone who has WI tomorrow.
