Catt people told me my dd would sleep through - shes now 18months and not :(
I was hoping for a baby giraffe :(

Nah, you'd never get the trousers to fit ;)

It took my dd until 16 months, then we point blank refused to go into her - we just talk to her over the monitor now telling her we're still here & to lie down & go to sleep - sometimes I have to do that a couple of times between my bedtime & 6.30am when I finally give in & get her up, but at least I don't have to get out of bed anymore!

Yes one HEa (milk/cheese) & one HEb (Hi-Fi bars/Cereal/Bread) - IIRC TIE doesn't go to classes so probably doesn't realise that you can have 2 Rocky Road Hi-Fi bars as 1 HEb plus did you measure your milk & use half in cereal & half in tea?

(Fruit & Fibre is 4.5 syns per 25g - not a lot for the syns!)

    C xx

Ah ok - I was confused myself! Yep I always measure my milk. I never ever use the full allowance as cereal is strictly a treat so I might have a couple of hot drinks a day. My Mum has told me you can have half milk/half cheese but I cant as I'm allergic to cheese so I just stick with the milk.
    Today's menu-
B: 3 Ryvita Hint of Chilli (HEXB) with lean ham, an apple, and some NAS cordial with mineral water in my sports bottle for my walk,
    L: 1 slice wholemeal bread from a large loaf (think its 4 syns) a scraping of Flora Light (2 I think) tin of beans. Frozen raspberries (well defrosted though :p) with vanilla Mullerlight;
T: Tesco Lighter Choices Mushroom Stroganoff (5 syns) steamed baby new potatoes and mixed steamed veg; 1 HiFi Rocky Road bar (3 syns)
Litre of NAS cordial with mineral water while exercising.
No HEXA for me today (naughty I know but its difficult on the days I don't have a hot drink)
    HEXB - Ryvita.
    Syns - er... :D 14 :o

Just waiting for payday now... 33 minutes to go before the money hits my account :p my walking tomorrow will be round the shops!!! :D

    Night all xx

A baby giraffe lol- Just imagine

Wi day for me today (fingers crossed for something off):rotfl:

Eating light til wi and then think I'll have something comforting tonight like Bacon, Egg and Chips - this cold is killing me.

I've really enjoyed the challenge so far - it really motivates you when you see your name up there and how much you want to loose etc.

I'd be all up for a Christmas Challenge!!
