Hi all went to class last night and has put on. 2.5 lbs :-( I deserved it Doesn't make me feel any better but desperate to get back on track today got the SASsheets so will fill those in they will help keep me on straight and narrow I just need the motivation if one good week again

I felt exactly like that for the first 3 weeks and was amazed that anything was coming off.
Before I started I was basically starving myself most of the day and then having a massive comfort type meal in the evenings or loads of bread throughout the day and not much else.
All the fruit and veg can be a shock to the system and can cause bloating if you are not used to it. Keep going with it - you'll no doubt be in for a pleasant suurprise

Think there is a lot of us on here at the minute who could do with a lot of hugs and some motivation too.

So it was half 3 & I was just drifting off towards some weird dream, when my darling hubby's sat nav (on his mobile) switched itself on & announced, in a loud + annoying voice, directions on how to leave the bedroom.
I was underwhelmed. I was also aflippingwake again, unlike hubby. Grrrrr
@jprettypicture2 I often feel very emotional, but I put mine down to being a moody git x
I fell off the wagon again yesterday - I'm not doing so well at the moment. Back on today tho. Which tbh IS an improvement as any other time I would have given up. But no this time I am doing well for a patch then have a sudden dinner invite and it's no hope for that day lol But I get back on track the next day.
Sure it's going to slow the lose down but on the plus side I'm also not gaining like a mad thing any moreso I think I'm in a better frame of mind with it all at the mo

I haven't cheered up much, but DD did give me a lie-in, so slightly less tired today!
Green day today;
B; 2 poached eggs with baked beans (should have done mushrooms too but forgot I had any until I'd finished cooking the rest!)
S; 2 x banana (only ended up with 2 as DD lost interest in hers!)
L; Using up syn-free arribiata sauce as trying to empty freezer. With Penne Pasta.
S; got savoury rice or tomato soup if I'm really hungry!
D; veg sausage, egg, mushrooms, sw chips - my comfort food dinner as hubby away.
No HEa/b's or syns at the moment, but I'll probably work those in somewhere - maybe as dessert after dinner or snacks.

Just to let you all know that I have an induction booked for Friday so by this time next week there should definitely be a baby here - might even be able to make it to group on Monday! Lol0
