  • I need help, am I following this right. Have I added sym right and ate the right stuff on the days??? I am soing the easy start slimming world

    Food yesterday
    B - Belvita cearl bar (3Syn)
    S - tangerine
L - 2 egg omlette and tin of plum tomotoes (Free spray oli)

T - sym free soup (Made carots, pototoes, onion and can of sweet corn cooked in veg stock cube)
grapes rasberrys and greek lemon light yougurt (Sym 1/2)
s cucumber with laughting cow light tiangle cheese (sym 1 1/2)
HEA - 250 ml semi milk,
    HEB - 1 1/2 shreaded wheat
    Syns - 5

The syn values look fine as do your HE's. 5 syns isn't a lot, but if you're feeling full up and satisfied then carry on what you're doing. Maybe a few more super free with your breakfast and lunch to get the maximum out of SW, although I know its not always easy.

I'm another one that does SW the low carb way, carbs and me just don't get along, so thats why I find it important to eat as much super free as possible to make up for it. (And when I'm having a good day - it usually keeps me feeling fuller as carbs typically would)

Edited to add - seriously my body hates grease now :( urgh *lilgreenfaceclutchingstomachsmileyhere*

Here you go Mildredd though I couldn't make it green _pale_

Anyway, just wrote a long post & lost it as my internet connection dopped out.

Am sitting in the corner rocking & crying... lost track of a few syns over the weekend - even declined a takeaway & I've gained 2LBS! So didn't deserve that AT ALL! Am not going to look good in my dd's christening photo's, nor hit my pre-Christmas target. Another fat Christmas

DD also had a terrible tantrum this morning over getting dressed which had us both in tears & her clinging to me. I thought I'd have to drag her to SW in her pj's with snot & wild hair!

Just want to sit here & stuff my face with chocolate now.

Becks - sounds like a plan re couch to 5k
I need to get my bum in gear and go out walking every day just hate walking without somewhere to aim for :a might have to map a route out and distance it and just aim to do that then get the loop bigger and bigger

Beanie - how you doing today?

This time in 3 months it'll be Xmas eve :) 14 weeks away ;) 1lb a week until then is 1 stone!!!

Oh btw I peed my consultant off yesterday by being Mse

I bought a 6 week countdown (pay for 5) and she was all ooh Mildredd do u need more support to be motivated? Are you aiming for that date in particular? Me - no I just want a free week
Obviously the others in the group aren't Mse and hadn't noticed the offer coz everyone started chattering about the countdowns? And then she said end of October? They do an offer if u buy the 12 week one pay for 10 so £50 you get a free book?

Just thought I'd mention it incase anyone hadn't noticed it

Going to have to try and be good all week to counteract that fish and chips last night - didn't even reallllly enjoy it either :(
Think ill stock up on some strawberries/raspberries/blackberries later :)

    Today's menu
Breakfast - nas squash, banana 1/4 pineapple
Lunch - 1/3 savoury rice, red onion, peppers, beetroot, turkey chunks, apple and strawberries
Dinner- not a clue maybe tuna pasta with sweet corn - onions - peppers, extra light or lighter than light mayo for syns

Hmm haven't had hexs might have some toast as a supper with extra light laughing cow on them or alpen lights

Syns- as few as possible but depending on bake off might need a curly wurly or fudge

Skint - so sorry to hear that you've put on.. could it be water retention? If you know you've stuck to the plan relatively well then there may be other reasons that you've gained..

Give yourself a break today and if you want a bit of chocolate then have it, but only a bit mind!

You have put on 2lbs, but you've LOST 24lbs!! That's amazing, look at the bigger picture you're over a stone and a half lighter than you were :j we still have 13 weeks before xmas so you could still lose a significant amount of weight before then.
