    Totally demotivated.
Miss my best boy & his washing & his noise.
Cant get used to cooking for just me so eating crap.
No money to eat healthily either.

Nooooooooooooooooooooo, Beanie. You sound really down and fed up, and I really understand how easy it is just to eat crap but you need to stop right now and regain control. That is what this is all about, I think you are feeling loss of control. So seize it right back. Forget about losing weight if that is too hard for now and start by planning to eat healthily and cheaply. Write it down, come on. Look in your cupboards and use up what is there, and look on sw website for ideas. Misery is a grim vicious circle to allow yourself to descend into, although missing someone is the very pits. Why not write to him even if you don't send it, but write down all the things you've been doing so you'll have lots to chat about when you do talk to him. Or write down how sad you are, just reflect to yourself. Sorry, I don't know your exact circumstances but maybe you could give him a quick ring just to lift yourself a bit, or call someone else who understands. But allowing yourself to eat poorly will only reinforce your feelings of demotivation and you will then start to believe that's all you're worth - eating crap.

You have been a big part of motivating me in the past, now you need to be kind to yourself.

    :grouphug: Hugs to you

    Hi Beanie
Really need your help here I didn't just go off the rails I was out of the station and where I make the smart comment playing with people when they list lots of junk re where is the partridge in the pear tree the list Well let me tell you the partridge the pear tree and the true love are well and truly devoured here :rotfl:

There is nothing wrong with missing him but we need to see if we can distract you onto something other thAn junk

Beanie pulling out isn't an option this is like hotel California you can check out any time you like but you can never leave :)

(Have I got a smile yet)

I know I have been shocking but am just going to start from the morning and have a really good day and take it one day at a time to get back in the zone

Am going on an SAS or whatever you call it programme for a week just to get head straight again

Beanie why don't the pair of us just try to be good on a day by day basis the rest will happen then Deal?

I so need to get back in the zone but need a wingman :-)
  • Well done Frogga, Inazuma anf Mildredd on some great losses there. I don't know if its the change in weather but I'm really struggling at the moment, My first 4 weeks I did really well, and now I just can't get back into it, even changing WI days hasn't seemed to help

Beanie I'm feeling you, I'm tempted to pull out too (not in a flouncy way so please dont people think that) but when you're head isn't in it its really hard to get back into the game. You're all doing so well in the challenge I feel like a bit of a failure. My bad weekend has rolled over into the Monday and I just can't seem to stop munching.

I had my new treadmill arrive today - it should have been here on Saturday but nevermind. I'm off work tomorrow so will get this set up and do my workout watching the GBBO.

Someone store up some of there will power and throw it my way please, I need all the help I can get!

Becks please don't pull out Beanie you neither honestly I have eaten so much junk in last three days it was outrageous and today as well but you end up feeling hacked off over it

I think like you am in that natural place where a bad week was due but I think we need to go for damage limitation

Also Becks have not been on as much and I know that the more am on the site the more focused and together I am

I need to get my head back in it so do you pro does beanie so let the 3 musketeers just sAy right as of this moment I just want to get through Tuesday and look no further than that

By keeping it that short time frame may help as one good day leads to another etc x:T:(:grouphug::grouphug:
  • Hi all.

Still been poorly so not on much. Lost 1lb which I was pleased with because I have had a rubbish time at the weekend and ate lots of easy things...toast and lurpak again!

This is just how things happen for me so I can't complain.

Hugs to those who need them and well done to all the successful!!
