Evening all
Today's been my first real test - I've been at the first home rugby match of the season. Last season (before I started my weight loss) I would usually buy a sandwich, a pasty or occasionally a hot dog and stuff my face basically with rubbish! I've been so good today though. I had a big breakfast before I left- spaghetti hoops on HEXA wholemeal toast with a 2 syn smidge of low fat Flora, and a cup of coffee with HEXB semi skimmed.
I took an apple, 2 Ryvitas (4 syns - grrr. And it tasted like cardboard) and bought a bottle of diet coke. However the Ryvitas proved to be my downfall!! I was hiding in the stand, surreptiously nibbling away, when the player I sponsor spotted me and decided to say hello. Not so bad if I hadn't been sitting 8 rows back and he wasn't standing on the pitch  I have this weird thing about him seeing me eating (don't ask, I think it springs from when I was bigger, I still have this mentality) and if that wasn't bad enough, he shouted 'Hello Andrea!' and waved. The whole stand turned around to look so not just him but the whole stand full of people saw me nibbling my Ryvita! Complete with attractive crumbs stuck to my brand new tracksuit. Mortified is not the word....!!!!
I gave up on the Ryvitas after thatWhen I got home OH warmed up my Sunday lunch for me and I had chicken minus the skin
steamed mixed veg, a few Aunt Bessie's roasties (not as bad syn value as I thought) and some stuffing (4.5 syns ) first weigh in is tomorrow. I'm off to haul myself onto the bike now - utterly knackered but I need to have lost tomorrow!!! I will get into that size 14 dress for the end of season awards ball if it kills me!!!

I also had a big tea thinking all this super free will so make a movement and ill be happy then realised last week the same logic didn't work doh should have mushy pea curry night before weigh in
Good luck mrs Ryan I'm sure it'll be fine
So 3 weeks in and so far no wobblescould be because I'm not depriving myself of anything.... Hope I've lost tomorrow though

Loved the Ryvita story MrsR:) I used to eat satsumas at half time when I was getting to target. I'm amazed at my restraint.:A
I've been indulgent today and decided to serve the broccoli in a cheese sauce instead of plain as planned. Kind head says that at target I'm supposed to have extra HEXs. Sensible head says I shouldn't have them as I compensate with wine syns.
Oh well it's done now so tomorrow I'm going to be positively saintly.
Thanks for posting nessie, can't wait for news of offspring but I'm sure you're even more desperate that I am!:D
Good luck to everyone weighing in tomorrow (should be today;)).0 -
So I hopped on the scales...
... and it said I was 13st 11lb which was a loss of 3lbSo I guess I am quite pleased with that. At least it wasn't 3lb on  And also now I'm 13st something which I wanted. And I've now got less than 3st to lose to reach my 'probably never get there' target
So all is good. ish.

Frogga - I'm 13.10 ! Have 3 Stone 3 lbs to lose.
I can't wait to start seeing the 12s - though I'm a way of that yet!
So weekend was okish - no takeaways or anything but I did go and buy some ice cream yesterday as my throat was killing me (bad head cold sob)
Made some stew over the weekend and stuffed myself on that - though syn free.
Don't think I got enough superfree in & the gin got hit as usual.
Anyway three days now to try and claw it back!
