    Morning all,

Sounds like you had a fun time beanie - best friend's 50th's don't come around every day so why not go for it :D

Great losses Frogga & Inazuma :)

My first weigh-in today as I joined a week late - I had a STS which is what I wanted as I am maintaining. This was better than I hoped for as the weekend wasn't good food-wise - ended up having fish & chips at Weymouth on Saturday and couldn't resist the crispy batter

Good luck to all those with WI today.

Maybe not the 3lb club but certainly a loss not to be sniffed at!:) I do love reading about the WIs, it makes it all worth it.

I was supposed to be being saintly today but just had an impromptu lunch with some friends at a carvery. Wednesday, we've got some American cousins visiting so that's another pub lunch. I know I could sit with people and just have a lettuce leaf but this is RL.;) At least I only had fizzy water, so could have been worse.

I probably won't want to eat again today but tomorrow I'm going to be extra good. I am, I am......

Ah so I guess your target of 13st 7lb is just slightly less than mine because you're shorter. Have you ever been that weight? I haven't been 10 st 12lb since I was 16 :o
