Hey JPP, welcome
We are just starting Week 3 of our Awesome in August 6 week Challenge but there is no reason why you can't hop on board. If you want to set a mini target for the next 4 weeks, just post it in bold so it will be added to the list. Or just post without joining in the challenge if you like.
They are a friendly bunch, mostlyTell us more about you. How much do you want to lose? How tall are you? have you done it before? Or shall I mind my own business?

It is very hard to get back on track Beanie. Very hard.
Once you get through the first day, the second is easier, then easier still by day 3. It's tough on day one though. Very tough.
But you have to wade through the mud to be able to sit on the bank and sunbathe :ASay it once, say it loud ~ I'm an Atheist, Anti-Royalist, Socialist, Tea-Total Veggie Frog and PROUD!:D

I've gained again this week
Just one too many nibbles (syns) I think as I stopped writing it down midweek & think I forgot that I'd had things through the day. Only 2.5 weeks until DD's birthday/christening party & I wanted to set my mind & lose lots before then, but failed at the first hurdle!

I want to be in -3 club! :j My weigh in day is Friday so as usual was pretty slack over the weekend and now trying to be good for the rest of the week
I made the chicken burgers from this month's mag - they were lovely! Maybe a tiny bit dry but I think that's because I over cooked them a bit. I made some mini ones for my lg (seven months) she loved them! Also think the minis would make an amazing syn free snack so might make a batch later in the week to keep in the fridge

I hasten to add my WI is tomorrow morning, but I just feel fat!
Finished my 12 vegetable speed soup - just made the syn free tomato soup from the magazine so looking forward to that tomorrow!
