Hi, I'm cheering up a bit now. Have had pizza for lunch but going to draw a line at midnight & get on with SW the rest of my week.

The tom soup is in the Autumn Flavours booklet that came with the last magazine - I can write it out in full on here if anyone wants it - smells lovely, though haven't had any yet :o

    C xx

Thanks Skint, no wonder I couldn't find it in the magazine. I'll have to try and find the little booklet!

Hi everyone :) thanks to everyone for your kind words about my loss, I'm just coming round to it now!! I think the big wake up call yesterday was when an Age UK charity bag came through the door and I decided to get rid of the last of my 'big girl' clothes. I cleaned out my pile of 'wearing to the rugby in winter' clothes (mainly thermals and long sleeved t-shirts) and my winter woollies suitcase.. and I raided the wardrobes for the last few things I had been clinging to as they had some lovely memories attached. I tried things on and was even pleasantly shocked to find one of the size 18 tops I bought when I was first beginning to lose was too big :j I was gutted to get rid of some of my things but some of them are being given to my best friend who is a 22-24 so I may still get to see them again. However as I posted on my group's Facebook page, looking forward to making new memories in the size 14 I want to be...

    Tuesday's menu.
B: Pink Lady apple, vanilla Mullerlight and HEXA Hi-Fi Light Rocky Road (I am addicted to these, they're lush :)) cup of tea with HEXB semi-skimmed.
L: Bowl of mixed leaves, tin of tuna in brine, fat-free vinegarette, 2 Ryvita Hint of Chilli (4 syns) lean ham, cherry tomatoes, 2 Kiwi Fruits (I was really hungry after my walk!!!) Pint of NAS cordial made with mineral water
T: Tesco Lighter Choices Salmon and Broccoli Pie, steamed baby new potatoes, steamed mixed veg, Worcester sauce, followed by HEXA Rocky Road and another pint of cordial and mineral water.
Supper: Bowl of measured Fruit and Fibre cereal with HEXB semi-skimmed (I know this contains syns but I cant remember how many :D)
    Night all xxx

This time in 3 months it'll be Xmas eve 14 weeks away 1lb a week until then is 1 stone!!!

OMG Mildredd I came here for inspiration and that is just what I needed! I haven't really been on plan having initially lost 11lb of the 28 I wanted to lose. I haven't gained- which is great, I obviously haven't completely lost the healthy eating habits. But to think I could lose a stone by Christmas if I start again tomorrow!

I am now going to read backwards through everything I have missed ladies :D

Good luck to all us losers!
Tomorrow is always fresh, with no mistakes in it!

I felt exactly like that for the first 3 weeks and was amazed that anything was coming off.

Before I started I was basically starving myself most of the day and then having a massive comfort type meal in the evenings or loads of bread throughout the day and not much else.

All the fruit and veg can be a shock to the system and can cause bloating if you are not used to it. Keep going with it - you'll no doubt be in for a pleasant suurprise
