    Oooo good game :j I'm saying 9lb 10oz :D

Don't worry Nessie, the 'terrible pain' of childbirth is just a myth. It's just something girls make up because boys will never find out anyway so why not ;)

Once you're in the gang you'll be all 'oooh the pain' but it's all fibbs :shhh:

Mind you, it did sting a bit ;)

I'm forever the enternal optomist - I was hoping for a puppy..... :p

When I went into labour my mom told me 'it doesn't last forever' & it's true (though she also said that about dd not sleeping when I was about to lose my mind...) - quickly forgotten anyway otherwise no-one would have more than 1! :rotfl:

Hi everyone :) thanks to everyone for your kind words about my loss, I'm just coming round to it now!! I think the big wake up call yesterday was when an Age UK charity bag came through the door and I decided to get rid of the last of my 'big girl' clothes. I cleaned out my pile of 'wearing to the rugby in winter' clothes (mainly thermals and long sleeved t-shirts) and my winter woollies suitcase.. and I raided the wardrobes for the last few things I had been clinging to as they had some lovely memories attached. I tried things on and was even pleasantly shocked to find one of the size 18 tops I bought when I was first beginning to lose was too big :j I was gutted to get rid of some of my things but some of them are being given to my best friend who is a 22-24 so I may still get to see them again. However as I posted on my group's Facebook page, looking forward to making new memories in the size 14 I want to be...

    Tuesday's menu.
B: Pink Lady apple, vanilla Mullerlight and HEXA Hi-Fi Light Rocky Road (I am addicted to these, they're lush :)) cup of tea with HEXB semi-skimmed.
L: Bowl of mixed leaves, tin of tuna in brine, fat-free vinegarette, 2 Ryvita Hint of Chilli (4 syns) lean ham, cherry tomatoes, 2 Kiwi Fruits (I was really hungry after my walk!!!) Pint of NAS cordial made with mineral water
T: Tesco Lighter Choices Salmon and Broccoli Pie, steamed baby new potatoes, steamed mixed veg, Worcester sauce, followed by HEXA Rocky Road and another pint of cordial and mineral water.
Supper: Bowl of measured Fruit and Fibre cereal with HEXB semi-skimmed (I know this contains syns but I cant remember how many :D)
    Night all xxx

Sorry have been trying to work out which plan this is but I'm very tired, is it red? If so new pots are HEB or syns. Also you've mixed up your HEs HEA is milk and HEB is hi Fi. If it's EE you've had too many HEs.

Good luck Nessie (8lb 3oz boy) or is that what I had :o

Today the scan bran arrived  wish me luck :rotfl:
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Yes one HEa (milk/cheese) & one HEb (Hi-Fi bars/Cereal/Bread) - IIRC TIE doesn't go to classes so probably doesn't realise that you can have 2 Rocky Road Hi-Fi bars as 1 HEb plus did you measure your milk & use half in cereal & half in tea?

(Fruit & Fibre is 4.5 syns per 25g - not a lot for the syns!)

    C xx
