Flip me that's fantastic!! :j Very very well done you, what a gauntlet you have thrown down to the rest of us ~ and you may have just saved me from a Sultana Scone Stuffing Session:eek:
My Mum came round earlier with a packet of Sultana Scones. She wanted one, but bought a packet of eight  so gave me the others 'for the tadpoles' but they had my name all over them.
I put them in the tin, but I want one. Actually no, I wanted all 7. I just buttered one and put it in Mr Frog's lunch box ready for the morning. I buttered another for myself. I put it up to my mouth. I was salivating. I sniffed it. It smelt good. I licked itand then I gave it to the dogs
But now I'm really glad I did, because Lantana is beating me in the challenge!!Say it once, say it loud ~ I'm an Atheist, Anti-Royalist, Socialist, Tea-Total Veggie Frog and PROUD!:D

Well done frogga!! we ll c how I get on the next three weeks. Think this week was just a fluke but still im not complaining at lol. Im just so happy as I can see that getting to target just might happen. I was 16.13 when I started so it didnt seem doable then now at 13.6.5 my target of 10.7 seems like ill do it now. I hope this provides some encouragement to all. I struggle, moan and groan , have bad days, hit the bread , chinese and alcohol on occasion and im still managing to get there lol. Thanks so much to all on this board for keeping each other going. We might laugh or cry but we can do this one day at a time ;-)0

Yes, SW don't recommend saving syns anymore, so you still have 5-15 every day & just set a higher syn level for the one day/occasion - say 35. It means you stay in control & stay counting but you set your own limit. It's supposed to stop people starving/binging type thing or people who just binge out of control without counting & just writing the day off ()
