Hugs to everyone who's having a pants time xx

I take that as hugs for either Blodwen who's got wet pants or Beanie who may have none at all!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
  • I've got weigh-in tonight but this week I have successfully got rid of an excess 15 stones. After 27 years of domestic abuse I have signed the lease for a flat and I get the key next Wednesday

All this 'pants' talk is too much for me, I'm a lady you know, well, a Froggy Lady but still a Lady ;)

Beanie I have a plan ~ hair cut, toe nails clipped, no knickers or bra, in fact, sod it, I'd go naked, do a big poo if you can and then breathe out. It's bound to work :D

Here's to new beginnings TL xx

6 Week Awesome in Autumn Challenge Day 11 Week 2

    Thursday 19th September

Breakfast~ porridge (HEB) rice milk (HEA) banana

Snack ~ got stuck in class so nothing

Lunch~ rice & Hm spicy chili beans (spicy beans, toms, onions, celery,) carrots, peas, cauli broc

Snack ~ carrot sticks and radishes

Tea~ SW chips stir fry veg (bean sprouts, white cabbage, green cabbage, carrots and onion) & baked beans

Evening Treat ~ white chocolate Milky Bar (my best EVER choc!)

Tadpole 2 made me smile tonight. He said
"Please don't take this the wrong way, but you can really see you've lost weight now. Today you like like a 'normal' size person who doesn't have a problem with their weight. Certainly not the problem that you still have in your head about it"

I said how kind it was for him to say something as he knows what an issue I have with my weight. He then went on to say
"well you're not exactly thin, but..."

If only he'd have stopped where he was.

I did have a girl in my old class who took her jeans off one night (between boxing day & new years eve & it was freezing) so that she made target :rotfl: Luckily it was a weigh n go & there were no men around!

Got a headache today & just realised I've not eaten enough superfree today - that was because I had pudding rice & yoghurt instead of fruit salad for brekkie & slept through lunch :o

    B; pudding rice & yoghurt
L; a snatched mince pie (12 ) and a Cadburys Caramel cake bar (6.5 ) at Mom's :o
D; veg sausage, egg, baked beans, tomato, mushrooms, sw chips :D

Evening all, is it me or is it cold? Have lost the plot a bit this week. Thought I had a meeting Tuesday night only to find out its next week, then my mum was saying about going somewhere on Saturday and I said no its the party we're going to and she said no its next week. Then today I thought I had heart start training only to be told that, thats next week too. I know I'm tired but this is ridiculous :p

    Food
B - weetabix, scan bran [1], milk, coffee, water
    L - hm carrot & lentil soup, wm bread [4.5], 3 cherry toms, apple/pineapple/activia
    S - coffee, velvet crunch [4.5]
    T - chicken risotto [ex mushrooms,onions,carrots] bbq [1]
    HEA - milk
    HEB - weetabix
    Syns - 11

Slightly over again on MFP [MyFitnessPal app] but then I got a lift most of the way home so not as much exercise today although I dont count all the walking round school I do :o

    Keep the faith all :A:A:A
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

  • i feel for those with jeans problems, i only have 2 pairs that fit me (the backside went in the other 2 and the zip gave up in the last ones) but i don't like either of them. might hit the charity shops for another, am reluctant to spend much as i WILL NOT be wearing them for long as i WILL NEED a smaller pair (says with fingers crossed) .
i couldn't get the asda ones to fit as 16 was too tight but an 18 were far to baggy round the bum and legs.

was out for the day and my mum bought lunch in bella italia, was very good as i only had the salmon salad and i am glad i did as it was seriously yummy.
made a chilli tonight, full of beans, mushroom, peppers etc tasted ok but rather hot.

1st 3 weigh ins were with me wearing a summer skirt last weeks was in jeans, maybe that was why i put a lb on lol
