Hiya me again I have a question?
I fancy chicken Kiev tomorrow but really don't want to eat a rubbish one full of syns but I really don't fancy the sw quark or frontage frais one
I'm wondering if I could make my own but syn it as appropriate ?
Ie 25g of Philadelphia garlic and herb?2 syns
25g of golden breadcrumbs? 4.5 syns
Split over 2 so would be 3.5?
That would be okay wouldn't it?
I've done that before and it is yum! Sometimes I used to wrap it in bacon to save the breadcrumb syns!0 -
You can have 75g of soft cheese as a HEa I think so save 2 syns there Midredd!
I love chicken kiev, but I usually have it the night of WI or syn the real ones (8 syns :eek: )0 -

6 Week Awesome in Autumn Challenge Day 10 Week 2
Wednesday 18th September
Breakfast~ baked beans on opened wholemeal roll (HEB) & 2 poached eggs & grated cheese (HEA) ontop sitting on a huge bed of leaves
Snack ~ banana & apple
Lunch~ rice & Hm spicy chili beans (spicy beans, toms, onions, celery,) carrots, peas, cauli broc
Snack ~
Tea~ new pots, peas, sweetcorn, French beans and mixed beans
ff yog
Evening Treat ~ nah
So that's another day done. I had to laugh at the comments about my meals looking so yummy. They are. But they are so samey! Sometimes it's really embarrassing to post how many beans I eatThey are not all baked beans though, they are about 8 different varieties
and Frogs don't trump anyway so no one suffers

Evening all!
Some funny talk on here you lot do make me giggle - and at the moment thats a good thing. So far I've had a good day but then it is almost 9pm and this is when the munchies usually start but as I have WEI tomorrow I'm trying to be good, even though I know I've prob put on.
I'm feeling a bit flat tonight, and ThriftyShelly I can relate with you. I started messaging a girl I knew from my old SW group as she said she was thinking of coming back, this is the girl that inspired me to start running so I have been messaging her trying to arrange a meet up. However, she is not replying and now I feel like I'm being all stalker-ish. This is on facebook, so sometimes facebook isn't all that great for things like this. I can see that she has read my message(s) and now I feel all poop and am starting to wonder if I was too keen. I know its not the same thing, but I'm feeling quite down about it.
I think I may just head off to bed so I wont start eating anything I shouldn't. I start week 2 of my couch to 5k tomorrow, so I have something to be pleased about. I'm just hoping the scales are kind to me tomorrow.0 -

Evening all,
Food today,
B - weetabix, scan bran [1], milk, water
L - 3x wm bread [9], cheese, cherry toms, ltl mayo [1], apple/pineapple/activia
S - velvet crunch [4.5] coffee
T - smash, spag hoops, red onion, scrambled egg, cherry toms, bbq sauce [1]
HEA - milk, cheese
HEB - weetabix, bread
Syns - 16.5[was low yesterday though]
MFP - smidge over. I find the exercise part of the app a bit annoying. Take walking for instance, I walk to work and the options are brisk walk, very brisk walk or very very brisk walk
. There are others like moderate walk, walking dog etc. So I put brisk walk, now this doesnt take into consideration the fact I walk up a slope to a foot bridge with steps then down other side [including more steps] and also a steep slope up to a road crossing. So I think I am using more calories than it gives me as the brisk walk is probably based on a flat walk. So even if Im over calories I probably arent as bad as I think
I WILL convince myself
Oh and I narrowly avoided apple cake with cream cheese frosting in the staff room today :eek::D [polishes halo]
