Do you have any shorts beanie? I know it is not exactly the weather but it might work. Alternatively, just as Mildredd has suggested, take of any 'under-garments' you can

Leggings and a long t shirt might be worth a shot!

I actually never pay any attention to my weigh in clothes!

But feel I should tonight lol

I've seen people take stud earrings out before ! lol.:rotfl:
  • I try and wear same clothes to WI but with it turning colder I was back to jeans last week and put on 1lb, however today, still in jeans, have to keep wearing for WI now, I lost 3lb. Really pleased with that I've had 6 days on plan and 60syns. I tend to have Thursdays 'off', but haven't been going too mad. Once again my weekly post but I do try and catch up with you all every day, great reading!
Could you please update me for 6 week challenge, +1lb wk1, -3lb wk 2. Thanks

Does everyone want me to keep the weeks results separate? Or do you want to see them added up in one number for all 6 weeks?

My week's been hectic so far, and i have a stinking cold, so haven't managed to eat much everyday :( however, we're having a lovely mixed grill this evening so i'm going to enjoy that!!

Beanielou - have you got scales at home - wondering if you could weigh your jeans and see how heavy they are, that might be all you need to get rid of for the 1/2 lb..

Hugs to everyone who's having a pants time xx
