6 Week Awesome in Autumn Challenge Day 12 Week 2

Friday 20th September :j We made it to Friday!

Morning Ladies and occationally Aero

Welcome Mrs Ryan, keep eating, as long as it's Free and Super Free, the plan does work. Trust me, I'm a Frog :D

So relieved about the WI Beanie :T Excellent news.
Well done losers, and hugs to Becks. You were expecting it so put it behind you and move on. Sometimes I think it takes a small gain to focus the mind on sticking to the plan. If things come easy, they aren't worth having.

If anyone is struggling, then Friday is an excellent day to regroup. And it's the 20th which is a lovely round number. I'm sure 20th September 2013 is THE DAY to put the sillyness of the past behind us and move forward.
New day, new start, new leaf or rather new plate

Morning everyone, sorry been away for a few days but caught up now. As I was reading, I kept seeing people I wanted to reply to but of course the thread has moved on. Anyway, just wanted to say I had not logged on at all yesterday and found myself thinking as I walked the dog 'I wonder how they are all doing?' as though you were people I really knew - isn't that great? Or am I just sad??

Anyway, great to read all your news and hugs to those who need them.

Autumn challenge going really well for me btw but I have to say I am being really strict so no doubt will lose it all in a frenzy of fish and chips or kinder bars eventually, but so far so good.
  • Morning everyone,
just taking a moment out of the morning rush to say Hi and hope you all do well with your weigh ins.
    Welcome Mrs Ryan
Also wanted to say to the lady who has made a new life after suffering from domestic violence for years (sorry can't find the post now) - You are a real inspiration, I too have experienced this and know how hard it is to get away, here's to a happy and peaceful future for you

    Anyway must go! Happy Friday!!:)

Well, I've managed to lose a whole pound this week (after gaining 3 last week). In order to lose this single pound I have stuck to the plan 100%, and exercised every single day.

How come some people at my group can lose 3 and 4 lbs in a week and do no exercise whatsoever and have a couple of days in the week when they don't follow the plan.

    Life isn't fair sometimes. :(

It isn't Pennylane but its swings and roundabouts - good weeks and bad weeks happen to us all. Just keep sticking to it and don't pay too much attention to what others are doing or saying that they are doing.

We all now the elation that we feel when we have had a good loss and also the frustration that comes with a gain but our motivation will keep us going.

Don't forget everybody's weightloss story will be different and don't put too much pressure on yourself :T

YOU'LL GET THERE - AS WE ALL WILL!! :j

I've got weigh-in tonight but this week I have successfully got rid of an excess 15 stones. After 27 years of domestic abuse I have signed the lease for a flat and I get the key next Wednesday
    :j:beer::j:beer::j

Congratulations stitching witch - your new life starts from today - good luck and enjoy your new flat - hope the move goes OK for you.

Welcome to Mrs Ryan and good to see others returning after busy times.

Well done beanie and all the other losers - hugs to all those that need them.

Have a good weekend all :)
  • HELP I really feel like having a blow out, just had the worst interview ever, nothing went right - never been so nervous before....

I know I will regret it if I do, but I need to either eat my weight in chocolate or cry...... feeling sooooo down

Nip out and buy some plums - they are really sweet & juicy at the moment. They'll do you more good than chocs. Sorry about the rubbish interview.
