HELP I really feel like having a blow out, just had the worst interview ever, nothing went right - never been so nervous before....

I know I will regret it if I do, but I need to either eat my weight in chocolate or cry...... feeling sooooo down

You and I are having a similar week!

I had an interview on Monday and the nerves and stressed killed me! Then I found out I'd failed an exam lol

So I know exactly how you are feeling !

Morning everyone, sorry been away for a few days but caught up now. As I was reading, I kept seeing people I wanted to reply to but of course the thread has moved on. Anyway, just wanted to say I had not logged on at all yesterday and found myself thinking as I walked the dog 'I wonder how they are all doing?' as though you were people I really knew - isn't that great? Or am I just sad??

Anyway, great to read all your news and hugs to those who need them.

Autumn challenge going really well for me btw but I have to say I am being really strict so no doubt will lose it all in a frenzy of fish and chips or kinder bars eventually, but so far so good.

    Hi Inazuma

I smiled when I read your post because the same applies here If you are not about for a day or so and you try catching up and responding but the comment re wondering how everyone is doing

I think I speak for all when I say that although we don't know each other we feel we know each other and we do wonder how its going for the rest or if you know someone has a particular event how its gone eg Froggas tadpole driving test interviews parties weddings weigh ins they just pop into your head wondering so its not sad it's absolutely lovely and really supportive :T:beer::beer::beer:
  • Hi everyone

Well I weighed in this morning and lost another 0.5lb bit disappointed as been 100% on plan and I always have a small loss followed by a larger loss so this week is normally more.

Oh well at least it is a loss and I also got my 1 stone award :D

    Have a good week everyone

Nip out and buy some plums - they are really sweet & juicy at the moment. They'll do you more good than chocs. Sorry about the rubbish interview.

Took your advice, had plums in the house, so eat them instead of the OH chocolate

Will find out how really bad I did on Monday.... on the bright side, I still have a job, my health, and you lot to keep me from going astray xx

Think I've forgotten half the blooming posts I wanted to reply too cos you lot talk too much :rotfl:

Hugs to smokies and lantana.. and smokies well done eating the plums instead of chocolate.

Frogga, I really laughed when I read about what T2 said.. he was doing so well bless him x Lovely to look like a normal person too, I think that was the best compliment someone paid me when I lost the weight before.

I'm having a really rubbish week again, work is awful and I'm feeling really poorly. I haven't eaten a lot of food but what I have eaten is mainly bread (devils food) because it's easy to grab whilst i'm so busy, so i'm not expecting a loss this week :( sneaky scales weigh in showed 2lb on

On a completely different topic - what has Nick Knowles done to his hair on Perfection, he looks like a ken doll with a plastic "do" :rotfl:

Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend x

  • I'm sure I wanted to reply to someone but logged in and now can't remember errr can I blame baby brain still

    Speaking of babies where's Nessie??

Hit a boring day in the mildredd house today spent the morning walking to and from town to stop boredom nibbling - now need to sort the Xmas present box out - once I've had a little Jeremy Kyle fix;)

    Today's plan
    Breakfast - banana and apple
Lunch - egg sandwich 2.25 syns on can't believe its not butter spread and light salad cream - pickled beetroot on top with hexb bread
    An apple
Tea - attempting a cottage cheese crust quiche should be eventful if it goes wrong ill have a jacket spud with tuna or beans n salad

Went to get my dd weighed today - I've lost half her body weight in 2 weeks :o

I do find myself reading through here fairly often - I haven't told people in rt I'm doing sw so I think here's my place to ramble and offload
Started sw 02/09/13 - total loss so far -5st 1lb

New Year New You Challenge - /6lb

What happened????? How could it be so bad? :grouphug:

Shala, in answer to your query (sorry if I'm a bit late) I would quite like to see the losses recorded week by week, as you are doing now. I really appreciate it by the way.

    ..and yes, where is Nessie?
