I posted last night about my weight gain and need a few words of encouragement. This morning I am in "oh well, I won't bother with SW" mode!:(:( I just can't waste a whole year's hard work and commitment though.
You've done so well, do you go to group? I lost last year but faltered then joined 'properly' this year and have done much better, it's the thought of everyone being told how I've done.
Remember how far you've come and try to carry on, think how rotton you'll feel if you give up.:A0 -
Well tried on my work pants today and there're too big!
Hopped on the scales and have lost a 1lb and a half!
That's an unofficial WI as I said in earlier post I'm a daily weigher
Shouldn't I know. I ate for England yesterday all SW free but more than I would normally. Go figure!!!
If you ate a tiny lump of cheese or chocolate you would probably gain 2lb!
Am just gonna relax and eat SW free foods when i want.
Working on not weighing every day though.
Have a good day everyone.
After all, today is a fresh start.”Pour yourself a drink, (tea for me now)
Put on some lipstick
and pull yourself together”

Morning all. WI for me in an hour
.
Does anyone still make magic porridge with pudding rice?
Cook pudding rice with water and sweetener then add muller of choice. I make double and mix with with 2 different yogurts -- 1 for dessert (warm) and 1 into the fridge for breakfast or to take with me.
Pudding rice is still free isn't it.
Good day everyone.
I had that for brekkie this morning - minus the sweetner. Just mixed cooked, drained pudding rice with yoghurt. Nom nom!0 -
